Отличное расположение. Номера очень чистые, удобные, не большие, но очень комфортные, завтрак на высоте. Тихий дворик, чем то напоминающий Питерские внутренние дворики. Много уютных заведений поблизости, вежливый персонал,. Всем очень рекомендую.

Плюсы - центр, стоимость Минусы: Шум, почти постоянный, начинающийся с 5-6 утра в виде битья ногами по металлической двери (такое ощущение), слышно на весь отель, потом ходят с телегами по неровной дороге, видимо мусор вывозят, затем дрорники, машины, мотоциклы, люди орут или разговаривают и так каждый день, ощущение что на вокзале находишься. Чистота, в душевой плесень на стенках между плиток, на потолке паутина, полотенца меняются только если совсем грязные, иначе остаются дальше висеть, волосы из душа не убираются, не пылесосится, врятли и пыль хорошо убирается соответсвенно. Зачем-то пополняются запасы туалетной бумаги и мыла, будто завтра война, а вот гель для душа и шампунь поставляются сторого по 1 шт., чего не хватает на 1 раз, дык если не воспользуешься новое не положат. Туалет надо лучше убирать, а не просто махнуть тряпкой на него. Завтрак, выбор скудней некуда, яйца или каша или блины, делается тяп ляп, блины походу покупные. При завтраке, то есть йогурт, хлеб, сливки, то тупо нет. Чайника так же нет, приходиться горячую воду наливать из грязного аппарата под большую бутыль воды, видно что никто там ничего не чистит. Готовкой, как и уборкой занимается 1 человек, необученный, это косяк руководства. Предъявив проблему ресепшону, никаких телодвижений сделано не было. Крутая лестница с узким проходом, лифта нет. Интернет не тянет посмотреть видео онлайн, просто полазить по интернету можно. Если нужен бюджетный вариант на 1-2 дня, то сойдёт. Несмотря на близость к центру, минусы сильно перевешивают плюсы.
