대체로 만족했어요. 시설도 괜찮고 호스텔 치곤 가격이 좀 나가는 곳이라 그런지 이상한 투숙객들이 없었어요. 그런데 간판이 없어서 찾기가 좀불편했어요. 그것만 아니었으면 5점 드렸을 겁니다

Goodmood is really good mood it’s best hostel in Moscow so close of metro if u like to walk u can go to from there to red square on foot , the hostel not big or small but every thing is sprite wc showers & dorms that is best thing so u will not feel annoying

В целом неплохо. Понравилось расположение, само здание и дизайн помещений. В остальном средне: отсутствие уборки, грязь, антисанитария, картонные двери и шум по ночам. Из окон дуло, хотя было по погоде нормально.

Останавливалась в этом хостеле много раз. Последний раз была два года назад и вновь приехала сюда в феврале 2022. Всё также хорошо и утно, но хостел нуждается в косметическом ремонте. Персонал хороший, дружелюбный, всегда подскажет и поможет. Но есть и минусы: вешалок для верхней одежды мало, на кухне не хватает посуды (тарелок, чайных ложек), в ванной душевые сломаны, потолок и плитка начали покрываться плесенью. В комнатах хорошо, тепло. Но была проблема с прачкой: не было чистых полотенец и постельного белья несколько дней, при этом персонал даже не принес извинения. Шкафчики для хранения вещей сломаны (а именно личинка замка). Возникающие проблемы решались, но это приносит неудобства. Надеюсь, что примут какие-то меры, и всё наладится.
