Матрас конечно нормальный, но и все плюсы на этом, полы скрипят, слышимость, слышно как соседи ночью болтают, выглядит как общежитие с 80 года, старая мебель, в 10 часов стали сверлить стены, неоправданно дорого я считаю за такое 1500 с человека

Ужасно ,в Хамовниках и такой отель/ ночлежка Номер на 9 этаже,запах старья ,в номере все времен 50 гг,обшарпанное ,стены трескаются ,паутина Ванна потеками,в ванне ржавчина и попытки ее покрасить ,кран подкапывает ,душ льется ,но не работает ,плитка СССР,на полу дерюжка грязная и явно на ней много раз ,что-то проливали Телевизор времён 80гг Отсутствие фена и всех остальных ванных принадлежностей ,ни о каком интернете и не слышно ,чайника нет Ничего нет Хамство на ресепшене и охране ! Фото на всех ресурсах о Арене не соответствуют действительности!!!

Ужас!!!!!!!! По номеру бегают МЫШИ !!!!! Раньше жаловалась что кафе закрыто , сейчас открылось , но лучше бы было закрыто !!! С такими «домашними животными» завтракать совсем не хочется ! Белье тоже попалось рваное, ужас за такие деньги

Гостиница паршивая. Забронировали номер стандарт, по приезду оказалось, что все номера заняты, поселили в эконом. Эконом просто жесть, убрать к заселению не успели. Везде остался мусор. Кровати воняют, всё облезлое, обшарпанное, ободранное. В ванной лейки душевой нет, всё старое, на плитке плесень, грязь. Куски плитки отколоты.
