The service in the hotel gym is so bad, you need to sign in every time!

We came for the weekend to change the scenery and take a walk in the surrounding area; we often practice this type of vacation. First, I’ll write about the advantages: 1. Nice, modern rooms, equipped with everything you need. My son was pleased with the Alice speaker in the room :) 2. Delicious and varied breakfasts. 3. Helpful staff. 4. Nice pool and hammam in World Class, special thanks to the swimming coach Pavel (but this has nothing to do with the hotel). And now about the downsides: 1. Upon check-in, we were placed in a connecting room with the next door, it’s not clear why. At the same time, during the booking, I thought about choosing a Premium category room, but they answered me in a letter that Premium rooms are just connection rooms, because of this, my choice fell on the standard room category. Imagine my surprise when I saw in our room a door to the next room. 2. Selling a room with a view of the technical room on the roof as a room with a view of the park is disgusting (see the view from the window in the photo). I wanted to go swear and change my number, but my son talked me out of it. 3. Ordered a plate of fruit to be delivered to the room. A good variety of fruits, but some of the fruits were already weathered, even though the plate was covered. Apparently, it was prepared much in advance, although I wrote that we would arrive no earlier than 20.00. 4. On Saturday at about 6 am I woke up from loud conversations and laughter from neighbors upstairs. Although I’m usually not a light sleeper :) At first I even thought it was in the next room. Then they turned on the music speaker and by 11 am I could no longer stand it and complained to the reception, after which it became quiet. It’s not clear whether the neighbors upstairs were really noisy, or whether the hotel has poor sound insulation. I didn’t want to disturb people’s rest, but it felt like there was music playing in our room. After that, I told my son to turn on the speaker very quietly, in case we disturb the neighbors too ;) 5. It is not clear why a deposit is needed for the minibar if the card number is indicated when booking and can then be automatically debited from it in case of non-payment.

The best bedding, mattresses and pillows. Perfectly clean. The rooms are completely new. The rooms have an Alice column. Perfect customer service. Thanks to Pavel for his help in resolving any issues. The staff is top notch.

The hotel leaves an ambivalent impression. The location is not the most convenient. There is no passage from Leninsky Prospekt; the path is blocked by an office building with a closed area. We have to go around. Check-in and check-out are very slow despite the helpful staff. The rooms are modern, everything you need is there. Breakfast is ordinary, in the Kievsky and Olympic hotels of this chain it is better. Upgrades to rooms overlooking the park are not given, despite the half-empty hotel (attitude towards loyalty program participants). The fitness area belongs to another legal entity and to visit the spa you must fill out a form, although the hotel receives the necessary information upon check-in. This approach reduces the likelihood of you visiting the spa, apparently this is the goal of the hotel. The price of accommodation is clearly overpriced. At the time of my stay, it was comparable to the Radisson Hotel on Kievskaya and 1.5 times higher than the hotel on Olimpiysky Prospekt. Conclusion: the hotel is not bad, but it is clearly overpriced and in a bad location. Hilton is more suitable for Vnukovo Airport.
