If you don't have a Slavic appearance, never enter this hotel. Me and my friend stayed for two nights here and it was a big stress for us.
The manager Alexander "welcomed" us shouting that he would not check us in because we didn’t have immigration cards. We tried to explain him the lows of Russian Federation, according to which citizens of Armenia didn't need a card for a stay up to 15 days. And that we were tourists, had a ticket as a proof that we were leaving in a few days. Alexander had no wish to check that info, instead he shouted at us telling that we would sleep in the street in case we didn't get the card immediately. Just for the record, we were women of 30 years old, well dressed, polite, and got that attitude. After spending 5 hours outside driving with taxis from one immigration center to another we finally found a worker of immigration center who was eager to call the hotel and explain them once again the laws of Russian Federation. When coming back, we got no apology. Only after calling the reservation company and making a complain, the hotel staff tried to apologize with a request not to leave bad reviews about them.
COMMENTS ABOUT THE ROOM 1. Cold 2. The shower hanger was broken, was very hard to have shower. 3. Food was tasteless, muesli seemed to be out of date, had bad taste. If you are looking for a stress, cold, fear or stomach issues choose this hotel, they will arrange.

Отель одинаково подходит для посещения Москвы по бизнесу и для отдыха. Месторасположение -лучше не придумаешь, метро и основные достопримечательности рядом. При этом не шумно. Сотрудники всегда готовы помочь по любым вопросам. При этом отношение к гостям не обезличенное, Вы всегда будете действительно дорогим гостем . Смущает маленькая зона для завтраков, и завтраки достаточно скромные. Но можно позавтракать в многочисленных кафе рядом. Отель «без понтов», его скорее можно назвать маленьким душевным местом. Мы останавливаемся уже который год, с коллегами или с семьей. И каждый раз приходим к выводу что Ассамблея Никитская - правильный выбор,

При бронировании через сайт обращайте внимание на подтверждение, забронировала через сайт номер с завтраками, применила скидку на день рождения. Созвонилась с отделом бронирование все проговорила проверила, заказала. При заселении выяснилось что завтраки не учтены. Если бы знала сразу заказала гостиницу получше. Номер дали без окна, завтраки за 800 рублей ужастные выбора практически нет, завтраки в проходе от лифта в кыходу. Ребенок остался голодным. Единственный плюс этой гостиницы это место. Однако надо быть готовыми что магазинчиков и приличных кафе поблизости нет. я в эту гостиницу не ногой. Да, до кремля идми 10 минут, но лучше найти гостиницу с развитой инфроструктурой и метро рядом и хорошими завтраками, чем эту гостиницу.

Прекрасная возможность жить около Консерватории. Идет ремонт, но есть парковка для машин. Номера чистые, места достаточно. Оформление классическое, в сдержанных цветах. Приятные доброжелательные сотрудники. Завтрак хороший.

Very comfortable, staff very polite, they answer efficiently to any of your request. The position is 10 minutes walking to the Red Square. Good breakfast, very clean, I will come here again when in Moscow, thank you!
