I had an amazing experience at this hotel! I am well travelled, and I have stayed in many hotels all over the world. This was, without doubt, my best hotel experience. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The bed in my room was very comfortable and I was lucky to have a wonderful view of Moscow. The breakfast setting was relaxing and there were excellent food options, which were delicious. The location is also convenient as there is a metro within walking distance and there are many nice coffee shops and sites to visit nearby. Overall, I had a a very pleasant stay in this hotel and I will certainly be back again in future. I just want to thank Brian and his staff for making this a memorable staycation in Moscow. I could not recommend it highly enough.

Rest at the hotel during the holiday on March 8, 2022. There were still awkward restrictions and maybe so there were few people in the hotel. It is very strange to read negative reviews. The staff attitude is beautiful, I was called in the room several times and wondered if I had everything good, and on March 8, a gift was given, taking it into the room. Then the Lounge zone was still in operation and she struck me with her delicious tastes and a wonderful atmosphere. The spa area with the pool and the jacuzzi is good. The only factor that has a little bit upset is the 24-hour building under the hotel windows. But there's no hotel guilt here. In general, I liked it very much. The Garden Inn is situated to the north east of Moscow. I took a Yandex taxi from Domodedovo airport at a cost of around 1250 roubles. The journey time was just over an hour as the traffic was quite heavy. The nearest metro station to the hotel is Krasnoselskaya on the red line 1. It’s around ten minutes away on foot. In the current snowy conditions, the early part of the walk is a little treacherous under foot near to the hotel. Bearing in mind the conditions, I opted for a taxi on my departure to Leningradsky station rather than risk the one mile walk in the snow and ice. My room was very good, with modern fixtures and fittings. The bathroom was decent although there was no tub. Slippers and bathrobe were provided, as were a safe, tea & coffee making facilities and two bottles of water supplied each day. Breakfast was slightly disappointing. Not much choice in the way of fruit and yoghurt. The hot food was more geared for the Russian palate but I did enjoy the cheese and herring. There was also a good choice of pastries. I used the in house restaurant for dinner which was really good (reviewed elsewhere). The bar was pleasant and the drinks reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and pointed me to the correct paperwork before my visit for the iVisa tourist voucher. I stayed for two nights and the cost was a very reasonable £90.

Hello everyone! Like many, before the trip read bad reviews about the Metallurg hotel and was ready for the worst .... But everything turned out to be accurate!!!! We arrived at the hotel with a group of 38 people at 13:00. Resident from 14:00. But as many rooms were already ready, we were settled immediately. At the front desk there are pleasant, polite and attentive girls. On the 16th floor, 4 elevators - all worked. On the 9th floor there is a smooth room with a tie and a smooth board. There is a cooler with water in the hall. NOMES we got on the 2nd floor. All rooms with amenities in the room. Rooms are cozy, light, not all the same as then turned out: somewhere there were air conditioners, somewhere no, the same with carpet cover, towels, bra, Shelves in the bathroom, shower cabinets, etc. I will describe our number 201: the air conditioner was not, in the room central heating, but cool, 2 beds, 2 buckets, bra no, roast suffix, desk, 2 chairs, mini refrigerator, cabinet, LCD TV, on the floor carpet, phone, electric teapot, 2 cups of dish, bed snowy, clean, 2 big and 2 small snow towels, 2 tubes with shower gel, shampoo and 2 pieces of soap in packaging, combined sausage with cheap cabin, towel dryer is not available, hot and cold water was served without interruption, plumbing was not flowing, everything worked, tap is not, take yours. All the equipment in the room worked. No noise isolation. Cleaning every day. For 3 days of stay, the garbage was removed, the dust washed. CAFE. On the left of the hotel entrance there is a cafe ”Kampa” where we had breakfast on the Swedish table system and ordered 2 times lunch. The cafe is very comfortable, clean, pleasant atmosphere. The food was also delighted. Everything was delicious, freshly prepared. The cafe collection is very attentive to the guests. All polite and polite. The hotel's security works 24 hours a day. The location of the hotel is successful: everything in step-by-step availability (5-ca food store, pharmacy, metro, parks, squares). Stop at this hotel on August 1 night. Very friendly and responsive staff, arrived 2 hours earlier than the time set for settlement, immediately told us : “Your room is ready” and issued a key, the room is clean and comfortable, there is everything necessary for comfortable accommodation (gel, shampoo, toothbrush, Pasta, towels), convenient location. When we and my wife were planning to go to Moscow on New Year's holidays, this hotel attracted us to its price and location. Dostoevskaya is a relatively convenient metro station, to which minutes 5-7 from the hotel, from which it is fast enough to get to the city center (one transplant to the station ”Honorary row”). Also near the museum-apartment of Dostoevsky - a very interesting museum for the fans of the writer, a stunning central army museum and nothing similar to the massive army theatre. The hotel itself is also making a strong impression - an impressive building of the 30s last century, where the well-known military was stayed and which still belongs to the Ministry of Defense. We took an improved room without breakfast. The room liked - very spacious, bed wonderful, good plumbing, working refrigerator. Cleaning is good, and if you hang the plate not to disturb - really don't bother until 13:00, and then if you hang the plate with the wishes of cleaning - clean. Couler on the floor. It is only upset that there are no tea bags and individual ingredients (only liquid soap), but it is not critical. Of course, furniture is not super new, a little scratched, ceiling with places of flow, but here everything depends on what price you are offered for the room. We ordered through Bucking and the price was acceptable. In general, the hotel we liked.

It's a nice freshly opened hotel in a perfect quiet location yet not far away from the center of the city. Underground station is within walking distance, one needs only 10 minutes by underground service to get to the Kremlin. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Local restaurant is really nice and serves delicious food at a reasonable price.

On foot - 10 minutes - from the metro of Alexeevskaya. Closed parking. Near 2 grocery stores. In the room a teapot, a refrigerator, a set of soap gel bags, slippers. Hearing through the door is excellent, I recommend taking berush. Bed linen white, towels are twisted, and not fresh. The curtains are blackout. The cleaning in the room is strange-folded for what the blankets, removed my shoes, but did not wash the floor in the bath as was dirt in the corners and remained. Breakfast is fractional. In general - recommend.

I want to express my opinion about this hotel. I came on a trip so everything was paid by the company. As for settlement, there was no delay in settlement. Rooms: furniture is old, very tired, doors scratched. But, mattresses with pillows are very convenient, sleeped better than at home.
