A very nice hotel with a perfect location, close to everything one might need (restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, even a bookstore is walking distance). Major Moscow landmarks are easy to get to. The staff are friendly and helpful. I ordered a delivery to the hotel, they helped me to get my parcel. I had a comfortable room on the 8th floor with a lovely view on Pushkin square and really enjoyed the sauna and the spa complex. The hotel has a small but useful gym on the 3rd floor and a beautifully decorated lobby.

The location is great, cross the underground passage to the Kremlin and Red Square. The best thing is breakfast, there are two kinds of caviar, champagne, etc. You can watch the Kremlin while having breakfast. In the opposite direction of the Kremlin, you can go to the Internet Red Supermarket (there are less than a few gift shops in the supermarket, the price is cheaper than buying a doll on Red Square), and then a few more are Pushkin Bronze Statue Square, crossing the road That's Pushkin Café (this one was later built, really in St. Petersburg) and the Turandot restaurant next door. Will have the opportunity to live again in the future.

I stayed in this hotel for quite some nights due to a business trip to Moscow and this hotel was booked for me by a colleague. Eventhough all team members are very polite, the limitation in English makes it sometimes hard to communicate and I had to go down to reception and concierge several times in order to explain what I needed. The rooms are in dire need of a renovation. The bathrooms feel old and the shower curtains deserve a change - the Elemis branded bathroom amenities were the nicest touch in the bathrooms though. Housekeeping service was rather sloppy and everyday something was sadly forgotten to be exchanged or replaced so I had to call reception, but since they did not understand English over the phone I had to go down in person and explain, that I needed new shampoo or water, as that hasn't been refilled in 2 days. Breakfast had a good selection, but service was poor and it took 20 minutes one morning for my eggs benedict to arrive. (Perhaps they forgot, but I had already finished breakfast at that time). The views from the breakfast room directly onto the Kremlin were lovely and the piano player on Sunday was also a nice touch. The location of the hotel is the best - it is very central to Kremlin and Red Square, as well as the underground mall - all can be reached in very few minutes. We required a couple of taxi rides and the concierge booked them for us - sadly we waited many times for more than 20 minutes in the reception (as per the Concierge the car would be there in 5 minutes) and each day it was another reason why the cars were late (one day the car was broken, another day the car went the wrong route, etc), which would be understandable in a bustling city like Moscow, but we had to go to the Concierge several times and check on updates of the transfers which was rather annoying. During my next visit in Moscow I would not return to this hotel, as I believe there are far better options.

It's pretty good, there are many kinds of breakfast, and the taste is good. The room was clean, but the mirror of the dressing table in my room was facing the bed, which was a bit scary. The location is also very good, in the block, very quiet, there is a bar street nearby, there are also convenience stores, pharmacies and so on. Take a taxi from Red Square 10 minutes. The English at the front desk is very good and the service is very enthusiastic. It is very helpful to ask for directions and change change. PS room service is awful and expensive

I have been living in Moscow from 2018 - 2020 and was a long term resident of Marriott Aurora and Marriott Grand hotels. Due to Covid-19, January 2022 was the first time when I came back to Moscow after a long period of time and had decided to choose Marriott Grand for my stay. The hotel is located right on Tverskaya Street walking distance to the Red Square, theaters, many other cultural locations, and the wonderful Depo Luxury Food Mall in Moscow. It is also very close to the Belaruskaya train station which has the Aeroexpress directly to/from SVO airport. What differentiates Marriott Grand hotel from many others are the staff which are always there to help you with anything that you might require. The front desk staff are always accommodating with any early check-in and late-check-out requests and the concierge is always ready to help with restaurant and other reservations. Additionally, the hotel has a great buffet breakfast, nice restaurants, and also great room service which is available 24 hours a day. The gym and spa center on the -1 level is also really great, it has a wonderful gym equipment, swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. I wanted to also complement the hotel for it's cleanliness, from the lobby, the elevators, the hallways, and of course the rooms, it is a pleasure to see how the cleaning staff are always making the hotel look tidy and clean for the guests. Overall I really would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and hope that this review can help others on Tripadvisor to make the hotel selection in Moscow. Thank you once again Marriott Grand staff and General Manager for making our stay so wonderful! We are looking forward to staying with you again during our next trip to Moscow.

I visited Moscow for the first time and chose this hotel based on my travel agent's suggestion considering the budget I gave them. I stayed for four nights. The location of the hotel is really good. You will have access to both Old Arbat Street and New Arbat Street. Old Arbat is a walking street full of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops whre you can certainly get Matrushkas for friends and families! New Arbat is also full of shops and restaurants. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Arbat Metro Station (Subway) which is great because you can use Metroi in Moscow to go almost everywhere. I told the receptionist that I want a quiet room and I don't care for the view so she gave me a room overlooking an alley toward Old Arbat Street which also gave a nice view of the city especially at night. The room was really clean and the lighting was cosy. The heating system was good. I did not have my breakfast at the hotel and did not use the hotel gym. I cannot really make any complaint about this hotel.

Very nice hotel. I live on the top floor, and the 1 meter 8 bed is very comfortable. The wood-furnished rooms, the windows are on the top, and the light and airy views are great. Near the subway, eating, haircut, everything. The most important thing is that 10 minutes walk from the Red Square, the front desk attendant service is also very good, English is also very good, unfortunately the second day is booked late, the room is full and forced to vote for a family, 5000 rubles a night has not yet This is good. Recommend this home.

The location is very good, near the Belarusian station. Belarus Station link Xie Airport, great. There is breakfast, not all is rich, simple, and can be full. The room is not big, two people are enough, the facilities are old. The National Day price is relatively expensive, 2020 yuan three nights, but Moscow is not cheap. In summary, if you are not too concerned about the room, care about the location. Recommend this hotel

I have traveled around the world and been to many great hotels especially business hotels like this Sheraton. This is by far the best I’ve been to despite the woes Moscow is going through. I couldn’t possibly mention everybody’s name that has helped my wife and me but let me start with Natalia who checked us in and took care of us. I have not met Anna Pavlova the general manager but she clearly knows how to run a fantastic property. I’m in the hotel business myself so I know something about it. The front test team is wonderful, the FNB team is great and the housekeeping team is perfect… I cannot recommend this hotel if you come to Moscow enough… I stayed at three other hotels in the city and this is by far the best in a great location… congratulations to everybody here.

Very successfully located hotel - near the metro, and at the same time a quiet place in the yard. There is a parking. ...не только как встретили,но и проводили.К ПЕРСОНАЛУ ПРЕТЕНЗИЙ НЕТ- приветливы и стараются по мере возможностей. Вот именно с ними(возможностями) видимо напряжёнка. Начну с позитива:хорошая локация - близко к центру (есть рядом парочка неплохих и разно бюджетных магазина с отделом готовой продукции), персонал,задумка на барокко - антураж,ежедневная уборка по табличке и дополнение 2 бутылочек воды,4 пакетика чая и сахара,при заселении 2 геля, шампуня и мыла с зубной щёткой и пастой,хороший вай-фай .... Проблемы: 1 В номерах холодновато,обогревателей не дали. 2.Полотенца - при заселении на 2 человека - 3 штуки (после просьбы доложить недостающие - осталось 2 до конца проживания). 3.Конденсат на окнах - вода просто течёт(на фото видно).Причина - однокамерный стеклопакет и разность температур.Периметр окна заклеен сантехническим скотчем для предотвращения сквозняка. 4.Халаты - маломерки,замены нет. Тапки - реально одноразовые.ХОДИЛИ В ТАПКАХ ИЗ ”Невского экспресса”-5 дней в отеле.) 5.Кран душа течёт. 6.При заселении -чайник не работал,2 вешалки и один стул.(После просьбы принесли стул ,чайник и парочку дополнительных вешалок). 7.Температура батарей не регулируется,хотя арматура это позволяет. 8.Телевизор для такой большой и пустой стены - скажем так-скромный. 9.Банкеточку бы хотелось ,что бы обувочку снять-одеть,а не волохать тяжеленные стулья по номеру и не топать в обуви с улицы по ковролину. 10. Статус номеров на сайте и у сайтов бронирования - неидентичен. Возникают вопросы. Имеется столовая со ”шведским столом” на завтрак за 600 рублей - не кушал,но в принципе -очень недурственно в целом.Мы на завтрак покупали вкусняхи свежие из магазина с кухней и грели в микроволновке ,при необходимости.В магазине рядом после 21 часа скидка на выпечку 30 %- пироги вкуснейшие с большой начинкой. Важно как встретили, и как проводили:Вызывает сомнения правомерность сканирования паспортов всех проживающих и обеспечение сохранности персональных данных. Особенно на фоне игнорирования обращений на электронную почту по этому поводу. Резюме:Проживание было недешёвым,особенно с учётом раннего бронирования. С учётом,указанных мною недостатков - есть резон посмотреть альтернативные варианты проживания.

“+” Great hotel location in the heart of Moscow. All the major Moscow sites are walkable, there are many different cafes and restaurants around. The hotel (including its rooms) are updated. My room (#431) was big. I liked the room’s design, it is simple and cute. I felt totally comfy in my room. Two Twin Beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi was working fast. I liked the hotel’s staff, every single person was sweet and friendly. Also I would like to point out the great job from the housekeepers. They were always fast and helpful, when I needed something. “-“ Nothing really to say here. My room was not soundproofed well. If people were noisy in the corridor, I could hear them. Also the plug situation in the room could be better. There were no power sockets around the bed (only a USB one which did not charge my gadgets fast). And the last thing is cheap bathroom amenities, which didn’t smell that nice.

I booked the hotel via the Internet, the booking was impossible to cancel and when cancelling at me from the map would have been written off 7000 rubles. The day before the arrival I decided to specify whether I could. It turned out that with the number some problems and to settle me will not give me. Thank God they helped make money not write off. The question is why they didn't even warn and everything turned out in the last minute. It became known that even if I had come, I wouldn't be set up because there was no analogue. How is it possible that on a weekday all the rooms are busy? Now it is not summer that such situations should happen. Awful service, I believe that for 7000 rubles in 2 nights, it is possible to be a little more respectful and to be connected in advance, once such a situation occurs.

Great location! The hotel is located 7 minutes walking distance from red square. It’s right on the pedestrian street with lots of restaurants around. The room was not too small, was clean and had all the necessities except tooth brushes, which we knew about from previous comments. There is a supermarket next door which is also very convenient. But once again, the location was just perfect for a short stay in Moscow!

The first is a very simple hotel with no slippers, no shower gel shampoo, and no dedicated airport shuttle service. Traveling in June, the air conditioner is not cold, and it will be sweaty indoors. Very very very very close to the city center, the location is very good, but you will be too noisy to sleep with the bar downstairs at night. On the weekend, the entire street downstairs can make you noisy at four or five in the morning. I can't sleep at all, I play with them too much. There are no major problems with the other. Reception can be in English and can be requested.
