Stayed at the hotel in December 2020, the hotel liked it. The room is certainly small but there is everything for accommodation. The room was good, fresh repair. The room has a teapot, a refrigerator, even slippers. The hotel has a cafeteria with microwave, coffee machine, thermopot and a set of tea bags, all can be used for free. Very convenient. For me, the downsides were good hearing from the ul.B.Ordynka, but if you take the berushes with you there will be no problem. It is also worth noting that there is no kitchen in the hotel and breakfast they offer in the cafe on the opposite. The breakfast is scarce and its quality is still apparently dependent on the cook or maybe its mood. There were days when everything was very delicious and sometimes quite the opposite. It is worth noting very responsive staff on the resepshne, all requests and wishes were fulfilled. In general, based on the price for the room, the quality of the hotel and the service, everything is great. I would recommend this hotel for accommodation.

The location is excellent, 30 minutes walk to the Kremlin. Inside is clean, friendly staff, except one. On the recipe can buy everything you need: from food to toothpaste. The only thing that didn't like was that we were settled initially in a room on the second floor, which was very cold, the first night slept under two blankets. The next morning the staff decided to move to another room, despite the fact that the room was 6 local, we lived there three. Thank you! I'll come back, most likely.

Stopped for one night, breakfast didn't eat, waifaem didn't use. But in general I really liked the hotel. First of all because it was very clean and decent, much better than many Russian (yes and not only) three-star nests. Yes, it is, of course, a little Soviet in decoration, but for me, cleanliness, lack of odor and working equipment are more important than fashion design. In this sense, the hotel was just pleasantly surprised: at such a low price for such quality did not expect. The location near Paveletsky Station is convenient, the street is quite quiet. If you still need to stay in Moscow, I will consider it as the first option.

Clienting zero. Ugly staff, just all absolutely incompetent. Instead of apologizing for the inconveniences provided, they say the guest is guilty, interrupt, transfer responsibility to other administrators. Sent a foreigner to the migration service, lost time in search of the right address (which they first misnamed, then said that they were not required to know), threatened to evict (on that day the office was closed), and when it turned out, that still nothing needed to pretend that everything was normal. No compensation received, still demanded 59 rubles for printing documents, reminded that we wanted to escape without paying. Here is really funny. The manager apologized only when she called her. Silent horror and nightmare. A hole, not a hotel, not even a hostel.
