Amazing stay at the Keys before and after Mt. Kilimanjaro hike, everyone made us feel like family. Hats off to Hans, Loveness, and Jackson who all went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and looked after ! Highly recommend this as a muststay! Staff from the kitchen to the front desk truly made this a memorable experience, helped with our Swahili and helped us to navigate Moshi with ease. Hope to see you all again, I know where I'll be going! Much love from Ireland 💚

This hotel is very good! Do not pass up this opportunity; it’s luxury comfortable and enjoyable, it’s in great location and easy to get the breakfast is 10/10. The stuff they are very friendly especially bar man Hans is polite and charming every time. I recommend for any one to come in this hotel

Me and my friends had such a amazing experience here. The staff were incredible, Hans bartender, Loveliness, Elizabeth and Charles looked after me and my friends so well . I have never met such warm and friendly staff in a hotel in my entire life . I would recommend to anyone to stay here, you will never be disappointed.

Very nice place to stay, it is cozy and the staff are super kind. The Manager, Mr. . Christofer is highly professional . Highly recommend and the service is higy . You can appreciated You can find all you need close to you and if not the staff will help you then.

Overall Good. Great restaurant Service & Bar ! We stayed at Keys Hotel before and after our Kilimanjaro Hike. It was a great experience. I can recommend Keys Hotel everyone who is visiting Moshi for Hiking, Safari, Holidays,… Especially Hans at the bar is absolutely great! Always friendly. Always helping the guests and always there with a new ice cold beer. Also Loveness the service lady at the restaurant just gets it right every time. Thanks Hans and Loveness! We stayed at Keys Hotel before and after our Kilimanjaro Hike. It was very good there. I can recommend Keys Hotel everyone who is visiting Moshi for Hiking, Safari, Holidays,… Especially Hans the Bar Man is absolutely great! Always friendly. My friends and I were at the Keys Hotel, on a hot day where we needed a pool. Here we got the greatest service from Hans, lovely lunch and nice cold drinks. Hans was a great servicemined man who also was great at taking pictures heh We will definitely come back soon.

The staff were friendly & helpful, especially the reception staff, who arranged an extra night's stay at late notice as well as sorting a driver to take me to various places in Moshi. The room was clean & comfortable. The food was also very good. The hotel is well set up as a base for Kilimanjaro trekkers.
