Kibo Palace Hotel Moshi ★★★
"Arguably the best hotel in Moshi for its facilities. It's very clean, and the rooftop bar is also quite good."
Climbers Home ★★
"This place was awesome. I enjoyed my stay at the hostel. The receptionist was so kind. The security was alao very good compared to other hostels I have stayed in northen Tanzania. Totally recommending for a short stay on budget."
Brubru Lodge ★★★
"This Lodge is just amazing! So comfortable and romantic with all the nice green surroundings, making it feel like you sleep directly in a jungle! The food was very delicious and the staff is always doing everything you could wish for. The pool is very big and clean, we enjoyed cooling there in the hot times of the day! Also the location couldnt be better to discover Moshi - we will surely come back!!"
Kitolie Home and Lodge ★★★
"The butler was very polite and provided friendly service. The price was reasonable and breakfast was included. However, the water pressure was very low when showering late at night."
The Better Inn ★★★
"I stayed for one week. Overall it wasn't too bad, but I am not a difficult person to please. More picky customers would probably not be too happy with the service. The Positives: - The Room was a decent size, had great water pressure and a very effective hot water heater. - Bed was quite comfortable and had extra pillows - area is quiet and peaceful setting - the food was quite delish - only a short boda or tuktuk ride into town Negatives: - the power goes out often - no AC in rooms (does have fan though) - no screens on windows...so when the power goes out and you have no fan, you can't even open the windows at night cause you'll get eaten alive by mosquitoes...so you just sit in a hot ass room with no air movement. - staff were friendly but seemed very unmotivated. Had to wave someone down every single time I needed a refill of my drink, or anything like that. - in 7 days, my room was not cleaned once. I am sure they would have if I asked, but normally this is something that is automatically done."
Panama Garden Resort ★★★
"Nice and quiet hotel to fuel up for a Kilimanjaro trip. Friendly staff, good cuisine meeting culinary expectations for people from all over the world. It was also perfect to wind down after the hike, relaxing at the bar (watching the world cup) and at the pool."
Kili Haven Lodge
"Kili Haven Lodge truly felt like a home away from home! The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable just what I needed after long travel days. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. And the breakfast? Absolutely delicious fresh, local, and full of flavor. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the peaceful setting made my stay even more special. I’d definitely recommend this gem in Moshi to anyone visiting!"
Kilimanjaro Scenic Lodge ★★★
"Located on a quiet area and with a beautiful Garden. The host Gabriel is very kind and available to Help. We arranged the transfer and the city tour with him and it was perfect The room is just like the photos and clean. Good breakfast Thanks for everything!"

Explorers Kilimanjaro Boutique Hotel
Parkview Inn
"rooms are small, clean, but tired. Sink fossette is ready to brake. Food is poor quality, no pastry at breakfast buffet, terrible, terrible coffee, food preparation is noy good at sll. Staff is polite, but weighting is at ristorante - is so long. I weight 40 min for 2 samosas. Our windows face some dirty and dilapidated buildings."
Kibo Homes Moshi
"I was so disappointed in this place. Many of the big amenities listed on the booking platform used were missing: gym, breakfast, oven. Many other listed amenities were missing upon arrival but were brought eventually: soaps, salt/olive oil, bug nets. The kitchen was infested with gnats upon arrival and the floor very dirty. Broken glass in the downstairs bathroom, and leaking shower upstairs. Backyard was not as photographed (I stayed in house 3 but the photos are not of house 3) - it was almost all dirt (no grass). Host very long to respond. Local manager unable to assist with simple things like rides into town for a fair price. Multiple power outages which is normal for Moshi, but the generator was not strong enough to handle the outages so we were without power and internet many times. When it worked, the internet was strong. Because of the serious inaccuracies in the listing, I had to pursue booking agency for refund as host was unwilling to compensate. I would not return and do not recommend this place."
Selig Resort
Selig Hotel
"The service was excellent from the moment we got into the hotel . The view of Mount Kilimanjaro is fantastic from their rooftop bar. Good place to stay at getting ready to climb Kili and for rest when you come down."
Nyumbani Hotels & Resorts - Moshi
"The hotel's location is quite good, with views of Mount Kilimanjaro from the rooftop. Although there's no elevator, the staff were very helpful with our luggage and very welcoming. The breakfast was also good. However, the facilities are old, the drains are slow, and the shower water was difficult to drain, though this is understandable. The hotel even has genuine zebra taxidermied pieces and vases with Chinese elements."
Keys Hotel
"Really pleasant staff, especially martin and his brother, and a nice environment as a whole"
B&B Hotel
"The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.I would love to recommend this to every body The staff were really friendly. I specifically enjoyed what made my stay really special was the breakfast spread the food options were just so good and the chef knew what he or she was doing in the kitchen"
Kinga Homes Boutique Hotel
"Our stay at Kinga Homes was excellent! The rooms as well as the outdoor areas are very well decorated, aesthetically pleasing and clean. The owner is really kind and helpful. The restaurant is excellent. Everything we had, from breakfast to dinner, was very delicious and left us with the best impressions! The hotel staff is really friendly, polite and helpful! Benedict and Spora made us feel like home and made our stay there unforgettable! We thank them very much for that! We highly recommend Kinga Homes for your stay in Moshi!"
