Great location for the views. One issue is as we discovered the fog closes in then the fog horn blasts out constantly about 100m from the bedrooms all throughout the night. Also get use to load shedding

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, room was comfortable and clean, food and room service was good and the staff were all helpful and friendly.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. We could not bath because in two days they could not find a bath plug that fits! The bath was the main reason we wanted the room! The aircon dit not work, heard from others that it was a normal problem. The door fell of the rail. The bed was comfortable and atleast the staff was friendly and professional

This property is exceptionally well positioned but requires a lot more maintenance and staff training. I hope the owner takes a vested interest in a face lift in the hotels interior and the way in which it is presented to tourists. This could be an amazing hotel, but sadly it is becoming more of a motel experience.

What a lovely stay. Very comfortable room. All the amenties needed. The location is great. Except that if it is misty the fog horn is very close. Service was very goof and the breakfast compared well to most hotels I have stayed in.

I suggest the hotel to invest on a generator as an alternative to loa shedding so that during during shedding you can atleast have lights on. It becomes very dark without lights. Breakfast menu was the same for those two days I was there.

Unacceptably dirty even after changing rooms and in all the hallways and elevator and everywhere. Extremely old but also unkempt. Limited selection at breakfast, heaps of dirty dishes and bored staff. Omlet-cooker watches videos on her cell phone. Very helpful concierge, positive.
