We found Mt Eden Motel was well located between Auckland International Airport and CBD. 20 mins easy drive to tge airport & 40 mins walk to CBD. The motel is a little tired but was clean and quiet and provided basic cooking facilities and guest laundry, value for money. We stayed one night prior to returning home to Oz.

I was here from May 23rd until May 31st. My partner recommended this motel and I’m glad she did. I loved it, nice spacious room with everything I needed for my stay. The motel is in an amazing location and I stayed in room 10 which is very private I would recommend this motel for anyone wanting to stay in central Auckland

Friendly staff but room was in need of a serious refresh. We accidentally left some prescription pills (thyroid medication) behind and telephoned back to the motel only a few hours after leaving to organise a friend to collect them for us. The staff had already disposed of the pills which we thought was strange. They hadn't put them aside nor made contact with us.
