This hotel had very poor organising. Even we have to remind them for everything like breakfast on time, housekeeping, also very bad manner was, when we entering after outing, they won't allow us to come in or just to relax in, they ask "what would you like for dinner or lunch". That manner was very stressful to us. They are not for us to breath in in a minute.Forget to keep soap shampoo and bed linen and new tools. We cannot see outside. The room covered with walls. It's like prison house. The manager peeped into our room, when we go out. Bad habit! Bad hotel

The place had been refurbished since I was there three years ago and more comfortable than before. The staff are professional and courteous. Food was well prepared and the staff made small changes to the menu when requested. I felt comfortable and safe staying at Tropic Inn which is located in a very convenient location. I look forward to staying there agin when I visit Sri Lanka next time. M Eswara-Aratchi

Great location with walking distance of beautiful beach. I really loved the character of the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, Everything was great at this hotel & I had a great experience with the Hotel Tropic Inn

Lovely hotel with a wonderful restaurant. Unlike some of the posts I’ve read in other places, I found the Hotel Tropic Inn to be clean, inviting and downright classic! The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back!
