As a usual same like a most of Sri Lankan hotels poor welcoming I showed in Anarva( front office team lacking with guests care ) they are kind somehow I feel some of them helpless. for me very important first impression. rooftop pool with restaurants sunshine and sunrise make feel impress. Room was nice , clean and comfortable Breakfast buffet value for price and also food was tasty . When we having breakfast Food and beverage team not even look at rather than greeting. We feel we are alone in the restaurant."

"Friendly and helpful,Great front desk, restaurant and culinary staff. As a returning customer, they made me feel like I was coming home. The Room was clean, safe, quiet and comfortable. The elevator is an added bonus. Loved to see the living plants decorating the surroundings. Tropic inn is a hidden Gem of a hotel, in the middle of mountlavinia. it is close to all amenities and walking distance to the beach. A luncheon by special order prepared by the culinary staff served at the restaurant was a hit with all my guests. The food was excellent, served with many personal touches to make it a memorable event Kudos to Manager Mr Nishantha , Rasheed and Raveen for the personalised attention they give to all customers.
