I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Mount Pleasant, Charleston. The facilities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the gym and pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my visit even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great experience in Charleston.

Hotel was nice and updated in the lobby but the room looked dated. Bathroom was very small. Pool area was nice!

The breakfast team was great! Lashonda was especially helpful! Her and her team moved tables around for our meeting. The breakfast area was clean and they accommodated our large group. The setting near the pool was nice and convenient to our meeting room.

What a wonderful group of individuals who are superior at customer service. The bed was super comfortable, and the pool was relaxing. My daughter and I had a grand time. Shout outs: Tonya was most helpful of attending to us at the Front Desk. Very worm and welcoming. Brian helped us get a luggage to the room and was very professional. LaShonda did a tremendous job providing us with personable service at breakfast. The food was fantastic. We will definitely return one day sooner than later. Natasha Canlas

This hotel was perfect! Only 10 minutes to down town and 20 minutes to the airport. The staff was super friendly and really clean.

Beautiful, clean and renovated hotel. Our room was big and bright and nicely furnished, and had all the amenities we needed. Convenient location for us visiting downtown and Shem Creek.
