Very smooth check in, the check in staff is friendly and the check in was fast. The hotel room is like a studio apartment room with kitchenette and big refrigerator.
We enjoyed our stay there.

Booked 2 bedroom suite for a reasonable price. Hotel clean, inviting. This type room only on ground level so quite a bit of road noise but it got quieter during the night. Shower in one bathroom failed to drain properly due to poor design. Glad they offered plenty of towels. Held a $100 deposit that I wasn't aware of until after nonrefundable booking so hopefully that comes back as promised. Friendly staff. Overall I would stay again.

The rooms are very nice and clean! Smelt amazing! Had not one problem. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Definitely choosing this hotel specifically Everytime we come to Mt. Pleasant. Thanks once again for a pleasant trip!

Great place . I enjoy staying there. There is an issue with parking. If you leave for dinner you may have to park across the street.

This was a great place to stay if you are looking for an affordable spot very close to downtown Charleston. The ride over took around 10 minutes and was very easy to navigate. Hotel staff members were incredibly welcoming and kind. The room was great! Full sized refrigerator, nice kitchenette area and everything was clean. Very comfortable bed and the area itself is very quiet for sleeping. Parking was very tight but they do allow overflow parking at the hotel across the street. Overall a great stay!

There's nothing to complain about. Parking lot can get full quick, but there's an overflow lot across the street.
