the room is larger than expected. the check in and check out processes are completed via kiosk.

Beautiful hotel. Lobby is many, many yards from parking so had to make several long walking trips to bring in luggage. Covid so no coffee in lobby, no complimentary hors d'oeuvres or wine, no free breakfast, only two little coffee packets in the room, no hot tea. Went to desk at least five times asking for more coffee. Would only give two at a time. Would not give us clean cups to use for our coffee. Very unsanitary since it's a Keurig coffee maker so I used a water cup to fill up the Keurig that was unused. I hope the previous people did that to. The bed was big but hard as a rock the pillows were flat as the pancake. But it was a beautiful room it looked really good. We won't be going back.

It's just off the S101 Expressway, a 10-minute drive from Apple's headquarters, and the surrounding fast food and supermarkets are very convenient. The hotel's semi-self-service check-in means you are just talking to a machine. At the beginning, I was actually given a room that the girl had not checked out yet, which shocked both me and the girl. Breakfast is not average, it is better to go out and find a fast food restaurant to eat. There are many Chinese people around.

It's the second time I stayed in the hotel, but this time the hotel experience was not very good. The wifi was very slow and kept disconnecting, which greatly affected the accommodation experience. Otherwise, the location is good

Very bad experience, very bad service, almost no room service! And after checking out, I was directly deducted 20 dollars without telling me, and the deposit was refunded after a long time, so it was difficult to communicate with the front desk!

General environmental service

位置很好找，旁邊步行範圍內有快餐店IN-in-out burger,説是新鮮的漢堡。 美國朋友幫助預訂的，靠近斯坦福大學，距離客户會議地點也近，挺好🙂

Was left with mixed feelings. The hotel, rooms and other facilities were absolutely fabulous,very stylish decor. However some big cons: thin walls so hope your neighbours dont't get noisy, really poor Internet an subpar breakfast (only warm option was watery porridge).

Unfortunately this will be the last time I stay at Zico. The last time I showed up my room wasn’t clean and they had no other open rooms nor anyone on site to clean it. This time I was put in a room the size of my closet on a Murphy bed like I was 10 years old. I’m not and the bed was horrible.

This place was absolutely amazing. My only regret is not being able to extend my stay longer. The ambiance was amazing, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. 10/10 Will definitely be staying here again.

Room was good. However, my car got broken into while parked in the parking lot. Had to replaced a broken window and my outdoor blanket was stolen. 🙁

The ambient was nice. The closeness to the freeway was irritable to my ears. The bathroom was decent but could tell there was some work done which made the feel a bit questionable. The room phone was a bit dirty as it had food residue on it. Other than that, the room appeared clean.

Loved staying here for the night, easy parking, room was clean, the king size bed was comfy and the continental breakfast was good; would definitely stay here again!
