Friendly staff, some rooms have a sea view, it is pleasant to be a few steps from the sea. It's a shame that the swimming pool is disused.
The level of cleanliness is not very high.

I am very disappointed, the hotel does not match at all like the photos displayed on the site. We arrived on site, swimming pool closed (no one warns), no reception, you speak with the cleaning ladies. We got a lady on the phone, very unpleasant. Cleanliness level I was disgusted, a smell in the room not possible.. they didn't make any commercial gesture, we paid for the swimming pool too, apparently we weren't the only ones disappointed, no one knew about the closing of the pool. This hotel is a big scam

Good location close to Benitses centre snd besches and easy to reach by bus from Corfu town. Pity the pool wasnt in use until later in july which we missed when booking). However this is a VERY simple standsrd accomodation, ok for one night butatresses were rock hard, it wasnt very clean and the space between the bedrooms got extremly hot. No lock on the bathroom door. Easy check in thou and awesome, welcoming staff!

It's a scam renting a studio with swimming pool no water very uncomfortable mattress. I'm asking for compensation of 200 francs. a musty smell in the studio. I'm not going to advertise to you.

Good location near the sea and the center of Benitses. Equipped beach about 800 meters away. Until the end of June the swimming pool was not yet functioning and the structure did not inform of the problem, in fact there are photos of the swimming pool on Dimitra's website. And they can't say when it will reopen. Bathroom and kitchen need renovation. The 2 ladies who clean the residence are super very kind. They do everything they can to make up for the management's shortcomings and keep the now old structure clean and tidy. A lady speaks Italian well and was always available. Scammers. The pool is one of the best selling points of this property. It has been out of service and is empty. The property know this but failed to communicate it to allow travellers to make a decision as to whether they still want to stay. I saw on a review site that it might be empty so I asked the company directly, they did not reply until it was too late for us to cancel for free. We did not stay there as this would not have been the relaxing break we had planned. The company took my money anyway and classed us as no shows even though the property was significantly not as described and no effort was made to communicate with me. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere. This company is not nice to deal with.

Un séjour au top dans ce logement . Rula et Elisabeth nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement, et étaient là tous les jours pour veiller aux besoins des clients. Idéalement placé, le logement offrait une vue magnifique et un calme. La douche est un peu petite mais ce n’est qu’un détail. Je recommande vraiment.

+Toula was exceptional in greeting us with a warm welcome and providing us with all that we needed. +Location was great a 5 minute walk to the Marina Benitses and all the taverns and stores in the area +Beautiful View of the sea +Parking The negatives were -The property itself is old and tired and in great need of a complete renovation to justify the price we paid -Even though the cleaning lady cleaned...the place on the inside still felt dirty and smelled musty...cracked tile in the bathroom - Wi-fi wasn't that good -Disappointed that the pool was out of service Overall, I would say to the people/ or owners that run this place to certainly invest in a complete remodel of your rooms and furniture. The Location and view is amazing...you have a diamond in the rough...Please shine it! 🙂
