What a spectacular place!!! Visited with my friend for a few days. It was her first time in South Africa. Experience left such a beautiful impression of our beautiful country and its people❤️❤️❤️ The place and staff were AMAZING!!! So friendly, helpful, cheerful - always a pleasure to be around. The food and drinks provided were delicious and spectacular. Our room was always clean, made up and fully stocked with drinks and snacks. The game drives were informative and spectacular - phenomenal drivers. Transportation from and to the airport was timely and fantastic! Definitely recommend staying here!!! Special thanks to Victor, Benedict, Reyneke*, Sam, Jane, Hamilton, Imagine, Marita, S’fiso, and the list goes on😁😁😁 My friends and I are already planning our next visit back!!!

Such an incredible hotel. So unique. Watching hippos and elephants in the river from your hotel room on a train was remarkable. Service was 10/10.

Impecável, desde o translado incluso, passando pelas excelentes refeições cuidadosamente preparadas pelos chefs, o game drive safari com nosso guia Victor, exímio entendedor da fauna e flora do Kruger! Os serviços da garçonete SMA e POLITE, atentos aos nossos pedidos! E limpeza duas vezes ao dia do nosso quarto incrível no vagao do trem! Parabéns a toda a equipe e ao manager Benedict e Hamilton!!!!

C'est vraiment exceptionnel comme vue ainsi que comme séjour. Ils sont venus nous chercher à l'aéroport et à partir de ce moment notre court séjour avec eux s'est déroulé à perfection. Les employés sont d'une gentillesse incroyable, la nourriture est très bonne et les chambres sont très belles. Nous avons malheureusement eu de la pluie pendant nos journées là-bas et les safaris ont quand même eu lieu. Nous y sommes restés seulement une nuit, mais nous aurions pris plus de temps au Shalati finalement afin de profiter des installations.

Hotel 5 estrelas com linda vista da ponte. O quarto é excelente. E o frigobar abastecido. Com tudo incluso. O preço é bem alto comparando com outros hotéis de safari fora do Kruger. Eles até lavaram o carro de graça e incluso na diária. Houve um incoveniente na saída que nos chamaram no carro para pagar a conta, mas a conta era de outro quarto. Enfim, gostei de tudo, menos da recepção e cobrança de taxas no final, poderia ter cobrado no check-in. Para que fosse um check-out rápido.
