酒店環境特別好 很安靜 前台的小姐姐服務態度特別好 有問題能及時的解答 很貼心 一樓大廳還有機器人幫助送外賣 酒店房間很寬敞 屋子很大 而且現在屋裡的中央空調吹的熱風 很暖和 出遊推薦！！

十一出遊選擇了這裏，前台服務很好熱情微笑，禮貌問候。24小時洗衣房還有烘乾機，洗完衣服後還有工作人員幫忙晾掛，貼心服務。酒店還有獨立停車場很方便。很愉快的入住。

黑龍江之旅來到了牡丹江希岸酒店（機場店）入住時就感受到前台小姐姐們周到熱情的服務，耐心告訴我牡丹江特色小吃，好玩的具體地點和特色！當我告訴他們我是攜程會員，又多贈送了一份早餐，更讓我感動的是，離店後我把手機充電器落在了房間裏，他們幫我快遞郵寄！服務真是貼心細心！房間很棒，床很舒服，衞生也是好無死角，客房大姐打掃房間也很及時，熱情！非常滿意的一次入住。

房間乾淨整潔，早餐很豐富，服務人員認真負責，有問必答，難得的是擁有很大的地下停車場，有專人管理。酒店裝修品質，客房空間，硬件設施，衞生及床品新凈程度均無可挑剔。重要的是酒店服務專業，熱情有温度，前台接待，客房保潔，問好意識特別強。晚上還主動提供熱牛奶，是別的酒店感受不到的。總之很滿意，以後來牡丹江都會選擇這裏！

酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務好的沒話説，熱情效率很高，有求必應，主動給我們房間進行了免費的升級，衞生也很乾凈，環境好，還贈送了兩份早餐，早餐種類也很多， 營業時間很長到10點，一般酒店都是9點就結束了， 適合我們晚起的人~ 整體還是十分舒適的，推薦！

整體入住很舒服，前台辦理入住速度很快，服務貼心，看到有小朋友還準備了小童拖鞋和牙刷！酒店的機器人孩子很喜歡，黑科技滿滿！房間乾淨明亮，香薰很好聞，新開業的酒店一點裝修味道都沒有，智能設備很多，喊天貓能解決很多問題。熱水又快又穩，非常不錯！早餐也很好，有新鮮水果，大廚的東北菜很地道。牡丹江的最後一晚在這裏住的很開心，感謝服務人員的熱情服務
