大堂的香氛和音樂構成了第一印象，咖啡區的工作人員手磨了咖啡，這個咖啡的味道在酒店的大堂，讓人體會了放鬆的愉悦感，定了無窗的房間，吧枱呢工作人員主動幫我升級了房型，服務質量真的不錯的，唯一的是夜裡入住隔壁的房間是年輕的孩子，來回進出的關門聲音，還有遊戲的聲音特別大，我給吧枱打電話，吧枱很負責任的給我換了房型，而且還連連的禮貌道歉，那種態度讓人覺得很重視。所以很理解不生氣，早晨起來去餐廳吃了早餐了，早餐有明檔哦，混沌好吃，挺豐富的，多樣化，
總體評價5顆星，對這種積極的服務態度應該給5顆星

一進酒店大堂體驗感就很好，咖啡區還會主動詢問咖啡口味偏好。退房時收到包裝精美的伴手禮——酒店的喆熊，很可愛服務不錯的還是地理位置更是便利，步行10分鐘到地鐵站，隔壁街就是網紅餐廳聚集的街區，打車去機場僅20分鐘。這次入住徹底刷新了我對城市酒店的印象，無論是商務出行還是度假都強烈推薦！退房時已經開始計劃下次入住了～

外地朋友來，給朋友訂的牡丹江喆啡酒店，朋友住的很滿意我也很有面子。
前台小姐姐熱情專業的接待瞬間拉滿好感，主動升級了房型還貼心介紹周邊攻略。24小時響應需求，每次遇到工作人員都會微笑問好，賓至如歸不過如此！
朋友住的啡凡大床房比宣傳圖還驚艷！視野開闊，床墊軟硬適中一夜好眠。迷你吧飲品免費續，細節很加分。特別誇了浴室水壓超足，配的草本洗護品治癒了旅行疲憊。
早餐廳比較豐富這個小餛飩很好吃！推薦還有那個小餅家的味道。
朋友是輕度潔癖患者，但反饋房間一塵不染，地毯無污漬、玻璃器皿無指紋，消毒封裝好的浴袍讓她特別安心以後朋友來就訂這家了

這東北春天也嘎嘎冷啊，上週家裡來親戚了，我和媳婦訂了這個酒店，媳婦特別怕冷，提前給酒店打電話，告訴開空調，酒店吧枱告知冬天空調是不能開的，説暖氣也很温暖，還説給我備註當天給安排一個暖和的房間，讓我放心，剛開始很擔心的，入住當天前台告訴我已經按照我要求安排的房間，我媳婦還是特殊時期肚子疼，進房間能有40分鐘左右，前台打電話説她煮了紅糖薑茶問方便上樓嗎，我説可以的，媳婦當時説真是需要熱乎的薑茶，
不大一會兒前台按門鈴了，她不但給了薑茶，她個人用的暖水袋也借了我媳婦用。説實話她完全可以不用給我們薑茶水和暖水袋，心地好善良，我們離店之後回家還覺得這個前台人美心善，真的好好啊。

當服務有了詩的骨血，標準化流程便成了有人情味的藝術。
退房落下了親人送的耳環，前台氣喘吁吁的追了停車場之外，大冷的天，穿了白襯衫跑了出來，很感動很感動。這服務簡直沒的説太棒了！本次入住體驗五顆星！大大的有！
