Ecellenct room space because got one big balcony，the bed sheet was clean and felt comfortable. Anyway the water for shower was not hot enough, the hair dryer was get some problem that my hair was be dried after using 20 mins.... The room was clean, the bed was big and the amenities were basic (tea and coffee, water etc) but there’s no real effort to wow the customer, and although staff do respond to requests, they aren’t very proactive. The restaurant is large and the menu is quite extensive but almost nothing for vegetarians or vegans, and despite three requests to have a veggie breakfast, we still had to explain it all over again the next morning to kitchen staff. The buffet is standard and not much to get excited about. The hotel was generally quiet. Overall, an average stay, not too bad, not too good but if you are in Lamphun you might want to consider it, due to its proximity to the railway station (10 minutes)

My family and I have had a wonderful experience at North Hill City Resort. This is our first time here, but it won't be our last. The accommodations are lovely and even more attractive given that this hotel is relatively small and has a lovely boutique flavor. Everything worked perfectly in our rooms, and the showers are impressive in and of themselves with multiple jets of water that can soothe your aching muscles after a long round or two of golf at the world-class golf course (literally) 100 paces away from one of the entrances of the hotel. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We were also pleasantly surprised by how efficient and cost-effective room service was. All of our food came promptly and was hot and delicious, which has not been my experience of most hotels in my years of travel. The one improvement I would make would be to the breakfast buffet, which was very good, but limited. All the food was well prepared and delicious, but if there were more options that would be helpful. Mostly, however, it was the generosity of the staff which was most impressive. Under the leadership of the resort manager, Mr. Pholkrit Poenmunkong, we were exceptionally well cared for by all staff members, but, in particular, by Mr. Poenmunkong and the front desk staff of Nada, Ploy, and Chainoi. Mr. Poenmunkong was warm and generous with his time. He greeted my young son with a formal handshake which helped him feel very proud. During our stay, he also ensured that we had everything we needed to make our experience exceptional. The front desk staff was an exquisite example of people going ”above and beyond” to help us feel at home. When you're in a new city, small things matter, and whether it was Nada making sure my four-year-old had his hat (or carrots to feed the rabbits), Ploy ensuring that we took the correct shuttles to the correct places, or Chainoi making sure we had fresh towels and teaching us archery, we felt their warmth and their competence, which was a gift. What happened as I type this review is an example of this generous hospitality. I am sitting in the hotel cafe writing this review and Nada (who works with the front desk staff), unsolicited, greeted me warmly and brought me a delicious drink, which was quite thoughtful and appreciated. This is the type of service we've experienced North Hill City Resort and I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to enjoy a great hotel, with delicious food and amazing hospitality.

Everything is perfect There is a common lounge area for watching movies and playing games. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, and there are bicycles to borrow and ride.

It is a hotel outside the city with good weather. But finding convenience stores is a bit far away. The room is spacious. Standard equipment in the room is good. There is a lot of parking, but if there are a lot of people staying on a day, there isn't nearly enough parking. Let the security guard solve the problem adequately. Breakfast includes porridge and delicious orange juice. All in all, live well, be happy, save money, good value.

Staff are polite and nice, speak basic mandarin and English. Heater not working on the day we checkin. have to bear with the cold shower,the next morning back normal. Slipper not provided as been told happen to be out of stock. Requested for addition pillow which also not provided as been told there is no spared ones in their hotel. There is no door to the toilet but only a shower curtain which means when any of you using the toilet the rest in the room will hear the sounds clear enough and woke up.
