The hotel rooms require renovation, they don’t even do cosmetic repairs where there are chips on the walls, they don’t repair damaged furniture, the impression is disgusting, despite the relatively friendly staff and location, the high cost of the rooms (booking an upgraded room category did not help in my case), the smell terrible in the rooms, sanitation and cigarettes, the linen is all in large pellets, it’s not pleasant to be there, it’s better not to try the breakfast, I would like to wish the hotel staff to show respect to their guests and provide the necessary comfort.

The hotel is on a top floor and there are no elevators to go up. Very inconvenient to go up the stairs. The reception staff forced me to pay an advance for the room I booked threatening me that the booking was only temporary and that I stand the risk of not getting a room on arrival. When I arrived and saw no elevator and decided not to stay there as I am a senior citizen with heart issues, they refused to refund the money I had paid just an hour ago on the coercion of the reception staff named Jatin Verma. Seems like a place set up to loot people.
