Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The Oberoi is an institution in Mumbai. All Oberoi hotels have a calm welcoming a**osphere and a distinctive scent in the lobby. The only issue is the hotel charges INR 1 for releasing credit card pre-authorizations - a small amount but it’s the principle of charging for providing nothing.

Really great service where check in was done in the room and reception staff were great. Room was ok too and the soundproofing was probably one of the best amongst all 5-star hotels in Mumbai. Breakfast at the lounge is mainly by ordering from the menu (which has a relatively wide selection). Gym was quite well equipped too. Overall a good stay, although its a little more costlier than the other 5star hotels for the room size.

Incredible Team, Stay at The Oberoi hotel has always been a pleasure. Stayed here for 4nightss and needless to say I was taken care of. Smallest of details and request were attended, this is what you call a true 5-star experience.

The hotel has an incredible level of sophistication. Was upgraded to a partial Bay-view room which brought with a peaceful evening. The NZ Lamb burger is out of the world.
