Hotel Ashray International, Sion

The hotel is extremely clean. The staff very courteous and kind. The ***ager Videsh Pal is very friendly and works with customers. The staff Balwant and Sanjay are very caring. The cleaning crew does an excellent job in cleaning and making customers welcome. This is our third time staying at Ashray Int, and we highly recommend it.

Stayed here for around 10 days with family and then again solo for a couple of nights. The rooms are clean and staff are very courteous and helpful. They accommodate all guest requests as much as possible and have excellent customer service skills. Front desk receptionist both at day and night are top notch and genuinely good people. The hotel has strict guest safety policies and felt very safe traveling solo. I actually liked the rooms facing the front street- maybe a bit noisy for some but after all, you are in India, and I enjoyed watching the people and traffic from my room. The hotel location is superb and very close to Sion railway station and a bus stop with several taxis and autos right outside. Getting an uber was also very easy even after 10pm at night. This will be my go to hotel for any future stays in Mumbai.
