OYO 22039 Hotel BKC Grand

I would say it’s the worst place. They came in with a bucket of water as there was no water in the room. The name sounds as if it’s a royal place and in BKC but it’s worst than slums: I would never ever suggest this place to anyone. Please do not take this place at any cost. You will surely not get anything that you expect in terms of a good stay

The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room was clean, well-maintained....The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring Mumbai. .....Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers...

Being in the heart of city the location of this hotel is pathetic, every floor has a different hotel, the outer look of the building will make u feel like you are at ruins of some 100 of year old civilisation, the staff is greedy for money, very rude and pathetic. The lifts are so bad that you will have to wait for 15-20 min to either go up or to come down, we preferred using stairs with the luggage in our hand from 7th floor. It was hard to convince that hotel must provide gst bills so that we can claim it from our office, when we insisted they added the additional 12% in the name of gst where earlier they said the price is all inclusive. We travel to mumbai very 15 days and this was the worst hotel ever. I don’t know why people gave positive comments for this property which convinced us to book our stay. Beware before booking.

Good location exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a stay in the BKC area.

We found the host very hospitable and the premises were clean, comfortable and tidy while showing us our hosts personality in the decor.

Wonderful setting in the Scottish countryside! The view from the guest room was amazing and lives up to its name of "Hillview Cottage!" Jon was extremely friendly and had plenty of good recommendations of things to do, see, and eat in the area. I would recommend visiting for at least a day or two and using Hillview Cottage as a home base! He cooks a mean breakfast that is large and tasty! We would gladly stay again if in the area!

Stayed 14-15 June 2021. Location - Good Surroundings - Bad Restaurant - NO Ground Floor - Swagat Restaurant - average service & food quality / taste Air conditioner switched off at post midnight i.e. 01:00 hrs (24 hours format). Bed linen is poor NO Breakfast - ONLY white bread with omelette or jam served in room, NO separate dining hall. TV not working (seems to be common problem in all rooms) On OYO 22039 website the phone number given is incorrect & wrong. NO hangers in the cupboard (expected 2-3 hangers, but saw none) 2 nos. electrical charging sockets not working or damaged & cannot use Got to make own arrangements for food (Zomato or Swiggies...etc.) Location is good for it is close to USA Consulate for visa interviews...etc.. it is hardly 1 kms distance. From airport - shortest route is 6 kms, longest road distance is 20 kms (depending upon traffice). Ambience - shabby Only those who want to sleep & want to take a quick bath (bare minimum essentials) then only OK particularly those going to USA Consulate for Visa. Else would NOT recomment this to anyone. NO tips for this place. No windows would not know if it was sunrise or sunset or midnight, unless one comes out of the building itself.

Jon is an excellent host! He is personable and very helpful trying to solve any problem that may exist. His rooms are clean and inviting! This B&B is a hidden gem!
