Wonderful Staff and service. Joseph and the team are all so amazing and kind.

Good location but that's is about all that is positive. Dirty room. No hot water on first night. We put food and drink in the fridge on first day and they turned fridge off in the morning. ***ager very rude when we complained about lack of hot water.

A pleasant 3 star hotel in the heart of Colaba - a very convenient location. The rooms were comfortable and clean with good air conditioning. The small lobby features a couch and chairs which are well occupied by congenial guests who avail themselves of the carafes of Arabic tea and coffee provided. Although breakfast was included in the room rate, the only disappoin**ent was that the hotel breakfast only offered a choice of items from an ala carte listing and did not feature an Indian buffet as do ***y other hotels. We checked into this hotel twice in the course of our travels and found that the rooms were not always fully provisioned at check in (no hand towels on one occasion, for example). But the service staff were able to promptly and cheerfully fulfill our requests and things were quickly made right. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. You will never find a more hospitable and welcoming staff. The front desk staff make you feel welcome from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. They are kind, competent, and caring people who know the meaning of hospitality with fluency in multiple languages making communication seamless and reliable.

Regent Hotel Colaba in Mumbai served as the perfect retreat for our October 2023 trip. The impeccable hospitality from the incredibly friendly and efficient staff made our stay truly delightful. We extend our gratitude to ***ager Joseph for his continuous support. While the hotel maintained high cleanliness standards, we suggest enriching the breakfast spread by introducing a wider variety of fruits and ensuring the availability of oats porridge.

Uncomfortable place

Regent Hotel I had a great experience. The location was perfect for my needs - it was adjacent to the gateway of India. The hotel itself was modern and well-maintained, with a clean and spacious lobby area. It was a great stay. Everything was well-equipped, and special care is taken for hygiene... Highly Recommended!

This hotel was very comfortable and the location was excellent for the Gateway to India etc. The staff were very good and helpful, especially Joseph and Abhijit on reception. Helped to make our short stay as easy as possible. Would definitely stay again.
