Came for a quick day meeting and a flight back...but got stuck in Malabar hills due to traffic and was sure that I will miss the flight. Hence booked this hotel ..good on pocket and amazing hospitality. The food is also good compared to price. The hotel is clean and in immaculate condition.

The rooms are spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a huge variety of options! All the staff from the front desk Reception to the Watchmen everyone are friendly courteous very attentive and go out of their way to ensure comfort level. Special thanks to Fakirji, Dulerji and Mr Kundan.

It was actually really nice to stay here! Loved the professionalism of the team. I would recommend to any person who want to stay in Mumbai, to visit or for business trip. Thank to the cleaning, cooking team and the reception for the rest in this hotel.

The room was clean except a small part where there was some water damage but it was not an issue. Hotel was at a safe location and the services provided by the hotel (food, water supply, etc) were very good.
