The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast food has a wide variety of choices and is of good quality. The front desk and door*** staff are very friendly and provide first-class service. The hotel environment is beautiful and comfortable. I will stay here again.

Normal Similar to a Korean business hotel
The price is high because it is a Diwali holiday.
There are security checks like airports
The building is unique, but there is no space to photograph it.
View got a cheap room and there is an apar**ent across the street.
Breakfast is Chinese, local, Western, and desserts and fruits.
The service to store luggage after check-out for sightseeing was good.

good proximity to lamington road(computer market) and the property is well maintained.
Happy hour from 6-8pm at the rooftop bar is very good and view is spectacular. Multiple restaurant option available and staffs are really freindly and helpful, highly recommended.

Comfortable Stay at luxury hotel. Was given room on 21st floor. View was nice. Service was prompt. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Easily accessible by car/cab. Rooms are large and specious. The check-in time was little more but that's fine. curry road station is near. For going paladium mall, please hire cab/taxi. Local taxi's dont go to paladium due to less fare.

Visited grand central recently and Mr Piran was very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. We had called a day early and requested Mr Piran to book a room with amenities for a birthday.The level of professionalism shown to detail was amazing. We had requested for an upgrade which was acknowledged and were given lovely rooms. Also a late check out was provided by Duty Manager Piran and we had a memorable stay. All in all a wonderful trip. A hotel to visit soon thanks to Mr Piran
