It is an average place to stay, if you are not expecting luxury. Very close to BKC, so it was most convenient. The hotel was not very clean, just about average. Room service food was good, although complimentary breakfast was very poor.

We satay in 2023 July 23 to 25 It's stupid Hotel it was not good hotel totally desastar thay Ara taking was not good and they will ask Extra money for brekfast if we not having the breakfast they will tell checkout Teime thay will give return the money but ofter checkout they will not give money it's totally desastar it's stupid Hotel in Mumbai not recommended Eani one in this hotel Rooms are totally bad semell and coridor it's full bad semell ther is no water for drinking and in the Bathroom room also no water and they took My Eaxra money

zero star, cheap hotel cheap staff.***ger Sharifudin is horrible, no respect, liar and arrogant. too good in screaming, argue and showing attitude .all negative reviews on any sites are true. dirty sheets, bugs on bed,no soap and handwash.
