Excellent service, reception desk to housekeeping staff were excellent and very helpful, and understanding I can not expect more than what the hotel delivered to us, Breakfast and staff members excellent, overall rating for this hotel I would give more than 100.

Lovely and cosy Rooms... Spacious too. Only worry cud be if you use Ola or Uber to travel here as they end up charging Airport parking charges illegally. So beware.

To begin with the checkin process was really smooth but the room was too far from the lift we had to walk a long way each time we had to go out.The hotel reception didn’t even provide the services of taking the parcel and delivering to the room but its understandable due to the current environment. A hotel like Taj was out of stock of bath salt can this be believed? unfortunately this was the case. Finally it was the worst ever breakfast we had in a 5 star rated hotel, the pav was not fresh,tea was full watery the only good thing was pan cake and the watermelon juice. Had lots of expectations from Taj that led to disappointment.

Amazing hotel and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. This was our 1st experience of India and they got us so comfortable. It really helped the children cope with the hustle and bustle of Mumbai

The Taj Hotel is excellent, I gifted this stay to my parents on their Wedding Anniversary, they loved it, Taj offers Birthday Cake service so I opted for it. but there was no way to tell them it is not a birthday, when my parents arrived the entire room was filled with balloons and Happy Birthday messages, I wish they could reach out and ask for more details. or if there was a way to tell them that the cake is for anniversary or other function and not for birthday so that they can decorate the room appropriately. apart from that the rest of the stay was excellent, my parents were happy with their experience.
