As i have booked triple bed room big room with mmt then also there was no triple-bed room available for me. When i asked why, his ***ager replied that u to take double bed room as his guest has extended stay. I compromise with that also, still bathroom was too small comparatively triple bed and in bathroom exhaust and light were also not working. I reached there 5th january 9:00 am room was empty by 10:30 then also his person didnt aloted room to me. His ***ager was sleeping in premises and came a fer 11:30. Towel also stinks. Overall i would not suggest any one to stay there.

I've never seen such a worst hotel like the staff was so rude they behaved like a cheap disgusting they charge me extra money for room also makemytrip customer support was so horrible i was never book any kind of hotel from makemytrip bcz coustomer support was not very appreciated not very cooperative

I did not stay at the hotel because when I reached the hotel I learnt that they had given my room to someone else. They had no other room available because of which I had to stay in a different hotel. Please note that this was at 2:30 am. Extremely disgusting. Most horrible experience ever. My rating to the hotel is minus 5
