Amenities and services are good. Location is not good. Food is unreasonably expensive. Charging double the printed price of cold drinks, water and most of the food items.

The room was very good, it was maintained very well and the entire room is cleaned on a daily basis(sheets changed, fooors dusted&mopped, towels changed and so on. Wifi was working proper and staff were attentive to all complaints like water etc. The menu is pricy, so i would recommend walking outside for a few minutes and buying food from nearby restaurants. You can opt to book rooms without complimentary breakfast to save money.

Excellent. Provided room before the check in time. Thanks to the hotel ***agement. Mr vinayak was very cooperative. Had a nice and good stay. Very much near 2 big malls.

rooms are okay not upto standard, breakfast is not worth but taste is okay, bathroom are local type, wash basin was choked, water draining very slowly, staff is good and i don’t think this property can reach goal some equipments are missing, anyways best luck

The food was tasty and staff were courteous. However food was highly overpriced. A plate of yellow daal(lentils) costed 300- inr. The kitchen opens as late as 8 am, so there's no provision for morning tea before that. Rooms don't have electric kettles, so you can't even make your own tea. Geysers are fitted but not in working condition in all rooms, so please verify when checking in. Overall, service not commensurate with price

The hotel is a substandard property which is poorly maintained. The tap in the toilet electrocuted me and i was lucky to not have any major disaster. One of the front office executives was extremely rude and without any training or etiquette. The customer profiles are mostly unmarried couples and i would say that respectable people should avoid this hotel. Because of predominantly this type of customers they have no standards. The restaurant is unhygienic and dirty. The staff too are unclean. Resulted in food poisoning and felt unwell and required medication. Would rate this as one of the most terrible stay in any hotel. The location of the hotel is also bad with one side facing a slum and the other side a filthy building. There is construction going on and you have the building activity and associated noise right through the day and night. No restaurants anywhere near hence you would be forced to eat in this dirty restaurant where the food is high priced.

It was a comfortable stay and the staff were co operative. Early check in and late check-out was given without hassle. Water pressure was low. Overall a good experience.
