Hotel staff at reception very rude and not friendly. Very hard to get taxi very conn area not recommended

When we first arrived at the hotel the older *** that assisted us was very rude. He actually said we came there to eat his brains in Hindi. He didn’t know that we spoke the language and understood what he said. They put us up in a different tower separate from the actual building where the hot water wasn’t working and there was no phone we could use to call them either. We mentioned all our concerns to the ***ager in the morning who was a gem of a person. Ta***nah and Samar were the best part of our stay there. There was a party in the hotel and the music was ridiculously loud and when asked to turn it down a little the staff at night refused and said to talk to the owner. Was overall very disappointed in our stay there and would not stay there again

Really good and tasty food at the restaurant, enjoyed the service, he went extra miles in giving us some stuff to carry. Tried biryani, tandoori and vegetables- looks popular among locals and busy, very wide variety of menu. Oh tried local falooda and enjoyed!

The bedsheets and pillows had hair on those. Very tiny badly lit rooms and does not give a clean room feeling. The approach to the hotel itself is a big letdown. Hotel is located in a junction and the whole night traffic and horn sound does not let you sleep. I was staying in the 6th floor and still the same. There was complimentary breakfast. Approach from the hotel room to the restaurant was so filthy we didn’t go for breakfast. I had booked for a week and checked out after one night. Then had to wait for more than 10 days to receive refund. I had to follow up ***y times for the refund. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We traveled all the way from Alibaug Via Row Row Ferry and took a stop at Lucky Restaurant Bandra W S V Road on Sunday. We were pleasantly greeted by the Person Standing at the entrance he guided us that there was Valley Parking We were very tired and he got us settled into Comfortable AC Section on the Ground Floor. We ordered the Matka Mutton which was boneless mutton gravy in Red Masala it was very delecious and tasty we throughly enjoyed . The mutton was soft and tender too. Not oily and yummy at the same time. The Chicken Tikka Biryani Was ok have eaten better biryani. But strongly recomend the place for the great service and delecious Matka Mutton & tasty fresh lime soda.
