Great staff makes a great hotel. Ameya & his entire team are just fabulous. Good clean rooms and good tasty food too. The recent room decoration they did for our special event was just amazing. Also they gave us a free upgrade. Thank you Team Bawa Juhu. Keep it up!

We have been staying here for quite some time now. It is one of the most family friendly hotel with great service with a smile 24/7. All the staff members are very kind, gentle and humble. It is more like a home than a hotel. Rooms are very clean and presentable. Location is second to none. For a boutique hotel it has all the facilities one can expect and worth trying out if you haven’t already done. Breakfast is amazing with various choice of food.

A wonderful hotel with good supportive front office staff. We are a regular here but every single time the service remains same. Ameya the front office head ***** with his team are very nice in terms with guest relations. We had booked a room with decor recently and we were amazed with the outcome. Yummy cake was feshly prepared by the bakery team. Overall a great hotel and good staff. Thank you Team!

The "feel at home" experience as staff attempts to get to know you ..... and always with a warm greeting and a pleasant smile. The morning breakfast is a special treat that you want to talk about to your friends and family. Housekeeping is neat and clean .... Please keep up the standard.

They live up to all the branding they have. It's a big brand Bawa group of hotels. Myself being from same industry can value their efforts. All front office staff to service to housekeeping staff are amazing. Food is tasty and rooms are near and clean. My recent stay with decoration in the room was fabulous. Ameya and team deserves all the accolades.

Excellent Juhu Location - great service overall. Breakfast & F&B service levels needs serious upgrade. Rooms can be terribly small. Clean property.
