Location is good. Usually the staff was good. The night ***ager was extremely rude and not supportive at all. Breakfast is average.

I stayed in this hotel in past also. Previously, rooms were not good but recently rooms renovated. Now rooms are much better. It is a old hotel so they still continue with old practices like customer entry in big register. No new hotel do this. Breakfast menu is quite traditional.

Stayed here for one night. It is an old hotel, but they have done an excellent job in refurbishing the interiors. I had booked two rooms, and they were kind enough to upgrade one room to suite. Food was also good, the buffet breakfast was very nice. They also allowed me to extend the check out for two hours for one room. The only thing i felt could improve was the reception. Don't get me wrong, they were very polite and efficient. But i felt they were a bit too serious and reserved. More smiles would have been nicer.

The *** at the reception was really rude with us and behaved as if he doesn’t want any guests to come stay at their hotel. The guy ruined our entire experience. And this hotel doesn’t allow girls and boys to stay together. What kind of a good hotel in the city of Bombay keeps such rules! People could really be coming just to have fun and nothing else!! And its fine to have rules but behave so badly with your customers is the worst. The room didn’t have a fridge also and no ventilation. Overall a bad experience, they don’t respect their guests.
