The rooms were ok the bathroom taps were leaking. No proper phone. Outside noises wore very disturbing

Awful stay. Noisy, dirty smelly hotel with a really over bearing and in your face, rude receptionist called amar. I had booked and paid for 2 nights. I left after one night because the receptionist made me feel very uncomfortable. Not a nice *** at all.

I stayed at this hotel overnight as my flight had arrived late night, but i must say it was the worst experience ever to stay in a hotel at mumbai. The staff at night was very very rude, the room was too small, the floor as well the wash room was dirty, and the staff said that they don't have any other room, and cannot clear the washroom as the clearing staff will come in morning. There were cockroches and a rat in the room. So i just stayed over night and checked into another hotel early in the morning, i would not recommend to stay in this hotel to any one

It was a nice stay. Everyone was so kind. We had a baby with us, they gave us early check in. Everything went smoothly. Nice services, facilities and food.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
