Nice enough staff BUT do not book this hotel it's a scam. Please see the picture attached of the so-called 'beach view'. I paid the premium for a view and all I can see is dirty concrete barricades, road. The bar is nice and fronts the beach but you can't access the beach from it - you have to walk all the way around the block. The beach is filthy. Very inflexible booking arrangements. Room nowhere near as nice as pictured.

. A hotel recommended only for beach view restaurant and beach access during the day time directly from hotel restaurant and bar area. Rooms are very small but food is good. Hospitality is good but mobile network connection and wifi doesn't work here. Location is good but hotel is pricey.

about par for the course. Good location but small rooms and misleading information about sea facing rooms. It was not easy for our cabbie to locate it although it is not far from the airport. Once in, the staff were about average and the rooms were disappointingly small and not facing the sea directly.

Very pleasant staff, taking your meals with sea view sites at hotel is amazing, walking distance from juhu beach is also a great point, convence available from anywhere, just 10 km from airport

One thing is not good in hotel i. E. Supply of water bottles costing about five times higher than market price.

This place has a terrible issue with the a/c, it was always stinking with cigarette smoking. I was here for 2 nights, and i made a complaint about the issue to the receptionist. No action was taken. The tv not working. The refrigerator not working. You can not open a curtain for natural light.
