i booked twin room for a night, on arrival in the evening 2145 the room they had for me was double ! so we said we requested twin room , they said twin is not ready!
we said we should be back in an hour or so as we were popping out for visit and dinner. Came back at 12 midnight still the room wasnt ready and luggage was still in the lobby.!
after long wait we get the room finally. breakfast is not served before 8am.

Rooms too much unhiengy all walls are wet and smell also. Hotel didn't allow for parking also. Hotel rooms too much suffoctaed.

It was easy to reach there by any kind of vehicle if you get down at the nearest metro station. The room was very neat and clean. The food which i ordered was also delicious

We really had the worst experience in the history of our travel to this hotel. 1) lift on day 1 has an outage for some hours due to power failure. 2) asked for iron n board they said only 1 in the whole hotel and it was with other guest. 3) not clean
we will never recommend for family nor will visit this hotel again.
