Mirage hotel mumbai airport is a great property with a convenient location near the airport. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Nice big room with ample space to move around. Clean and nice linen… Chef Nagendra came to me every morning and asked for my choice of food and always made me feel special. Thanks dear…. This hotel is very close to Mumbai airport terminal 2… walking distance from metro station makes this even more accessible….good choice for business travellers.

Stay was comfortable. Wish the wash room been a little spacious. Food was good in taste and quality. All supporting staffs been extremely cordial and supportive. Reception block not the best of the lot. I would prefer to visit again

When checking in talked and discussed about late checkout, was informed that it is subject to availability. Finally was given 1. 5 hours delayed checkout, and later on was informed that we could get a room for a fee. It’s a cheap gimmick used to lure potential customer to book hoping to get complimentary features when once booked all of these are just to get you to book and then inform it is not available. The hotel was not booked out on the day when we were requesting a late checkout. We have stayed at mostly brand hotels like marriott, hyatt etc and they have mostly accommodated us if there is availability without any issues. Disappointed to choose to give business to local business.

It was a good experience staying at hotel mirage. Nice location. Quite near to mumbai airport. The staff was very cooperative. Housekeeping staff was good. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious.
