I went to Mumbai for the Spring Festival, and I stayed at this hotel on the last day, mainly because it was closer to the airport.
The hotel is by the Juhu beach, very old, from facilities to services, it is definitely not 5 stars, not even four stars in India. When I arrived at 12 o'clock, I was not allowed to check in at 1:30. The elevator is small and the corridor is very narrow. There is water on the floor of the room, and the facilities are very old. The big bed is made of two small beds. The blanket is not covered in the quilt, but it is sandwiched between two sheets, which doesn't look very clean. The drinking water given is the cheapest, and no refills are given. There are few sockets and there are broken ones. Hot water was not hot. The sound insulation is poor, you can clearly hear the snoring from the next room. For security reasons, the small gate from the hotel to the beach is locked.
Bad service attitude. I was asked for a deposit for the first time in India.
Breakfast options are limited.
All in all, a bad experience. The price/perfor***ce ratio is extremely low.

On most if my visits to mumbai at-least twice a year, i prefer staying at the sea princess hotel. The staff is very good and cooperative, buffet breakfast is the best. Rooms are well maintained and very clean. The swimming pool is nice with a full view of the juhu beach. This olace is highly recommended
