I booked this hotel from the company staff and the room was smaller than the pictures they posted

Excellent location. The breakfast spread has improved but I still miss the good old days with hot and fresh parathas being served in the mornings.
The hotel is going through some renovation but overall a great stay. Just one complaint - I have had to wait past 2 pm, having arrived at 11 am for check in as the rooms were not ready. Got I little impatient at 2 pm because I saw others who came after me but they had already been allocated their keys. I was with a young child and landed on an early flight hoping for an early check in. We then ventured off for a massage nearby hoping that our room would be ready in time by 2 pm (official check in time). However, it wasn’t ready until 2:30 pm and therefore I will not give full marks for the service.

Our experience at the BAWA suites has been consistently excellant. We have been regular visitors. Superb location, very clean and spacious rooms, very good breakfast, attentive staff. Special mention of Mahendra, Suresh, Oliver & ***oj , they have been excellant.

Great experience from my arrival to my farewell. Been greeted daily by Sanchit with such a warming welcome everyday makes it soo much happier each day. House keeping & overall helpfulness from the following Sunil, Mahendral, Durai & Sitaram has been outstanding. With great staff & excellent service, I would definitely recommend to others. Keep up the great work, yous have such a great team 😊

To all the staffs at Bawa Suites for the care and attention given during our stay :) It was an absolute pleasure to stay here with amazingly helpful staffs to name a few:- Oliver, Sadaf, Pravin, Sunil, Sitaram, Sachin, Deepak, Durai & He***t. All took good care of us and were always cooperative including front desk staffs. Thank you for having us. We had a great time :)

Very good , cleaning staff, Sarwan, Sitaran, Durai and He***t very considerate and accommodating to our needs. Cafe staff were very welcoming, meals in the cafe original were very nice and suitable to our journey. Front desk / reception was always very friendly and helpful.

Shukria to Sarwan,Sitaram and Durai Good service and friendly staff that's always willing to help. They definitely deserve a salary increase. Always remember that your people on the ground is your window to your bussiness success and to motivate them even with a small gift voucher now and then will let them feeling appreciated and will not braking the bank.
