Service by staff members of hotel is excellent both for room service and at restaurant. Food preparation was very good. Rooms are compact but amenities provided were good.

Location is very close to mumbai international airport, just 10min by car from hotel to terminal 2
food taste is very good, rooms are neat and clean! and overall good service by hotel staff too!

While booking 2rooms they have promised to make ready for early check-in with additional charges n they have mentioned it would be 1500for two rooms but when we reached they have failed to make it n even v got 1room after 40minuts awaiting n they took 1500per room. So it is not good thing while booking rooms they have made good impression but in reality they couldn't not be. But food was tasty but have to pay for it n in complimentary bfast v didn't get it

Great hospitality at the front office. Dining experience is acceptable not great as one would want it to be. Bar not there is definitely a big no for me. Washrooms can’t get any smaller. So small that you can’t even extend your arms. Definitely a big no for me. Getting drinking water for your room is a big challenge with house keeping. Only plus point is the front office hospitality

Overall Hygienic, comfortable rooms, delicious food, friendly staff. The only point of improvement is the lift. Lift is old style and hence tendency of door not properly shut after use causes the lift to be stuck at same floor. Renovation of the lift would really help.

Faced following issues: 1. No internet 2. Washroom water logging 3. Single 2 beds instead of one large bed for 2 adults n 1 child. Felt extremely cheated
