Popular Mumbai 4-star Hotels

I visited Mumbai for Business purpose. This time I decided to make use of Gym facility. The first day I went, I met a person named Justin, gym trainer. I was amazed with his attitude and the way he treat guests. He helped me so much to do different variations of workout and gave free advice on the diet as well. Thanks to Mr.Justin for giving personal training and making me to understand each and every workout with the available machinery itself. I suggest every guest to make use of the Gym and get trained by Mr.Justin. This helps you to maintain healthy body physically and mentally. Thank you Justin sir ji. I hope next 3 weeks during my stay, I ll gain some good muscles 😉😉. Thanks to Holiday Inn,Mumbai for having a professional Gym Trainer.

Really nice and clean Hotel with great amenities and good food.

I have been coming to Fairfield for almost 4 months now. Hands down, it's one of the best properties for business travellers with a serene ambience and an exceptional staff, which caters to all the needs of the guests promptly. I would like to give a special shoutout to Anup for being one of the best staff members in the restaurant Mado Mado. He has been diligent and smart about his work amd has played a significant role in making my trips to the hotel and the buffet meals a lot more memorable.

Excellent and new property. From the regular Gingers, this is pretty facelifted. So much worth for the price. Overall - excellent stay.

The staff were friendly, and the accommodation was clean and nice. When the owner said he wanted to go to the market, he followed me and helped me. I felt burdened by the locals following me because they told me I was Korean, but the owner took care of it all. Haha. It was my first time going to India, so I was worried, but I think the inside of the hotel was much cleaner and nicer than I expected. It was nice that it was close to the airport. I was skeptical before I opened the door and went in, but I was quite satisfied once I got in. I was concerned about the sound of locals setting off firecrackers at night, but it was still nice.

We had an excellent experience..... The food was very nice.... The ambience was excellent......The interior of the restaurant looks really pretty.....There was a lot of variety of food in both veg and non veg... Overall, it was a very good experience... Would definitely visit again...

My recent experience at Hotel Olten Mumbai (Andheri) left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I found the hotel reception to be lacking in politeness, setting an unfavorable tone for my stay. The location, situated in a rough and overly busy area, was not conducive to a peaceful environment, making it both crowded and noisy. A particularly disheartening incident occurred when the hotel refused check-in for a guest accompanying me, who happened to have a local ID from Mumbai. This refusal added an unexpected layer of inconvenience, compelling us to search for alternative accommodations after a long journey from London. What further concerned me was the apparent discrepancy in the hotel's rating. It became evident that Hotel Olten does not comply with local laws, raising questions about the accuracy of its given rating. Moreover, the uncomfortable encounter of being offered an escort just outside the reception area was both inappropriate and unwelcome. Given my background and interest in the hospitality industry, I find it necessary to dispute the current rating of Hotel Olten. The service provided during my stay fell short of meeting even the minimum standards expected of a 4-star or 3-star establishment. In essence, the experience resembled more of a basic lodging and boarding setup rather than a reputable hotel. Moving forward, I am committed to advocating for a reassessment of Hotel Olten's ratings based on the evident shortcomings in their service. It is my hope that this feedback prompts positive changes that align the hotel more closely with the expectations of discerning travelers.

The level of service and amenities is average. Meals are relatively plentiful and tasty. The location of the hotel is good, close to the airport, but due to subway construction, accessibility is poor and the surrounding roads are congested. It's a pity that there is no space to walk around.

The hotel is very close to the airport, but there will be a lot of noise near the airport runway. In addition, there are many horns in the traffic jam in front of the hotel. There is also a temple in front, so there will be a time of about half an hour in the morning and evening. Singing, the sound is great. There are a lot of people in the neighborhood, and I feel that there are many people in 24 hours. The environment near the hotel is relatively poor. It feels like a slum but not dangerous. The hotel is very new, health is OK, you can call the front desk if you have any questions. There will be numerous reminders at the front desk. There are few boiled eggs and toasted bread for breakfast. The other is an Indian meal. There are more flies.
