The Leela is a Luxury hotel close to the airport and in the heart of the city. It is well known brand for its architecture , luxoruous amenities & Superb service. Some of the highlights : Rooms : The rooms are spacious having a good vibe, elegantly designed, and well-appointed with all modern amenities. Some of the few facilities that we loved : Amazing swining pool , lovely fountain, well equiped gym . Superb lounge. Service: Leela is known for great service the hotel staff treated us very well. Service by Pratmesh was commendable. Chef Rupesh , Chef Vivek were allways made us feel special. Chef Deepak guided us well about good healthy food with Less oil, no maida , low cholesterol food. Although it is pricier than ***y other 5stars, the experience may make you overlook it.

The room is quite old, it is said to be the former Intercontinental Hotel. There are wild dogs howling and fighting outside in the middle of the night! The hotel has a large patio with a pool inside, so there are a lot of mosquitoes! The service attitude is very good! Just in time for Miss India's state-level competition, I finally saw some legendary Indian beauties!

Great place to stay near airport. Nice breakfast spread. What I did no like was loud music being played at breakfast time. People were also talking loudly due to loud music. Normally soft music is played so that you can have peaceful breakfast and a good start to the day. Otherwise all good. Hence 4 star rating.

Stayed at ITC Maratha for a couple of days with my family for a leisure vacation at Mumbai. Had requested for adjacent rooms for my kids that was taken care of. On checkin I was upgraded to the pool view rooms. The service and the food were exceptionally good. The food was deliciously tasty and special thanks to the whole culinary team at the Peshwa Pavilion. Chef Sridhar Patra and Chef Pravin Patil were great hosts at the breakfast table, we enjoyed some cooking tips exchange, and they also took special care of my young son who loves food. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful. The dinner buffet spread was also very lavish, and the decor of Peshwa Pavilion is just too nice. Overall very nice stay and my family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Just wanting to visit Mumbai again and stay there

I visited Mumbai for Business purpose. This time I decided to make use of Gym facility. The first day I went, I met a person named Justin, gym trainer. I was amazed with his attitude and the way he treat guests. He helped me so much to do different variations of workout and gave free advice on the diet as well. Thanks to Mr.Justin for giving personal training and making me to understand each and every workout with the available machinery itself. I suggest every guest to make use of the Gym and get trained by Mr.Justin. This helps you to maintain healthy body physically and mentally. Thank you Justin sir ji. Call in advance to the front desk and ask for a pick-up and drop-off machine (charged, 590 rupees per way), but only print English pick-up card, no Chinese, understand, it is here. Very close to the airport, the room is very clean, hot water towels, colleagues can respond to the hotel is still possible, that is, the hotel is quite broken, there is no decent shopping place, almost no supermarket. It is still possible to stay for a few hours. By the way, I would like to praise Ctrip's service. I tried my best and felt very good. The service was so good. I also passed Ctrip. The shower doesn’t have a door so the water tends to go into the bathroom itself. Room was on first floor (101) with a kitchen two doors away.! You could hear the telephone ringing ***** with the lift being called to take the food away and the staff talking. This was in the evening and from 6am. View from my room looked out onto the road which was also noisy and the blinds did not block out the light from the street. Unfortunately unless the rooms on the other floors are better I would certainly not recommend

Having booked this hotel for the first time for a 4 day business trip, I was expecting this to be a regular Radisson hospitality extended to me and my colleague... But much to my delight it was just the best stay I've had in any property in Mumbai. The housekeeping to in room dining staff were prompt and through. Special mention to Nikhil and Shakeel here. On the third night I requested Mr Yogender from Kitchen for a homely meal as we were feeling home sick...and he connected us to Chefs Puran and Pratap, who prepared an exclusive amazing homely meal in the restaurant. It not just delicious but served and treated with love by the entire staff. Every evening we would get a call from the chef to have the special of the day with alot of complimentary sweet delights. Special mention to Suraj and Vinayak(please have the fruit punch he prepares) who served, suggested, and made us comfortable for every meal. I'm thankful to them for creating such a beautiful experience, one that not makes the customer feel valued but also comforted, homely and leaves them wanting to come here again. Thank you you guys.
