Having booked this hotel for the first time for a 4 day business trip, I was expecting this to be a regular Radisson hospitality extended to me and my colleague... But much to my delight it was just the best stay I've had in any property in Mumbai. The housekeeping to in room dining staff were prompt and through. Special mention to Nikhil and Shakeel here. On the third night I requested Mr Yogender from Kitchen for a homely meal as we were feeling home sick...and he connected us to Chefs Puran and Pratap, who prepared an exclusive amazing homely meal in the restaurant. It not just delicious but served and treated with love by the entire staff. Every evening we would get a call from the chef to have the special of the day with alot of complimentary sweet delights. Special mention to Suraj and Vinayak(please have the fruit punch he prepares) who served, suggested, and made us comfortable for every meal. I'm thankful to them for creating such a beautiful experience, one that not makes the customer feel valued but also comforted, homely and leaves them wanting to come here again. Thank you you guys.
