The service attitude of the hotel is okay, but the facilities are relatively outdated, which is not comparable to hotels at this price in China. On the first morning there was a dead cockroach on the sink in the bathroom. In addition, the speed of the Internet is extremely slow, the free one is only 512k, and it often fails to connect for no reason. After entering the room number and last name, it prompts that the connection failed, and restarting the computer does not work.

Location is not far from the airport, 20-25 minutes by car. Not in the downtown area, but quiet. The airport pick-up is a bit expensive, Rs. 945. If I take a taxi, I leave the hotel to the airport for 400, which is more than half cheaper. But the service was good, otherwise I did n’t download uber or ola, and it was not easy to find a car by taxi to the hotel, because I was out of the airport. The hotel rooms are nice, the area is not small, the facilities are quite complete, there are toiletries, disposable slippers. The wifi speed is okay, but it is limited to two devices for free. There are many kinds of breakfast, Chinese, Western and Indian. Recommended.

To begin with the checkin process was really smooth but the room was too far from the lift we had to walk a long way each time we had to go out.The hotel reception didn’t even provide the services of taking the parcel and delivering to the room but its understandable due to the current environment. A hotel like Taj was out of stock of bath salt can this be believed? unfortunately this was the case. Finally it was the worst ever breakfast we had in a 5 star rated hotel, the pav was not fresh,tea was full watery the only good thing was pan cake and the watermelon juice. Had lots of expectations from Taj that led to disappointment.

My wife and I chose JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was nice of the hotel staff to treat us with a complimentary cake in the room on our arrival. Every hotel staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was superb. We also enjoyed the food and service at Saffron, Lotus Cafe (especially the live music), and Dashanzi. The experience at Quan spa and Looks salon was pleasant. We liked the collection available at the Granth book store and the staff was very helpful with recommendations. We wanted to try out Bombay Baking Company, but did not get a chance this time. Overall, JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu is an engaging and classy hotel. We will be back here again for sure.

The hotel is generally ok, the price / performance ratio can only be said to be ordinary, because the hotel facilities are relatively old. There used to be a gym in the past, but the result was 4 days and 3 days of maintenance. . . Very depressed. The conditions and facilities are of a four-star standard, it is also close to the airport and there is an Indian restaurant next to it which is delicious. We were flying very early and didn't catch breakfast, the hotel prepared breakfast to take away. Everything is fine, just to remind you not to use the hotel drop-off, it is too expensive, several times more expensive than Uber.

The hospitality and service of the staff was excellent. The room was not clean and felt very dusty most of the times even after it was vacuumed. The mattress was a spring mattress which was of a poor quality and unfortunately they couldn't replace with a better one which resulted in uncomfortable sleep at nights. Apart from this the overall stay was amazing like the jacuzzi, steam/sauna rooms, swimming pool, etc...

The transfer from and to the airport has been perfectly arranged. Grateful to the staff who waited to pick us as it takes over an hour to clear immigration and collect lugguage from the airport. Ashok Das and Mithun from housekeeping did a great job to uphold the cleanliness of the room. Towels and sheets were changed daily. Got fresh flowers and fruits in room. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, promising a comfortable stay. Antony Sir and Madhuri Ma'am from the restaurant have been very attentive to our needs. ***soor Musafir makes the best best best dosa in the world. The gym is great with the basic amenities allowing a good workout during the stay. However,  access to a phone would be great since the gym is in the basement. With its commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail, Hotel Parle International guarantees a delightful and rejuvenating stay for travelers. Nestled in the centre of Vile Parle, all amenities are walking distance from the Hotel. Highly recommended to stay.

VERY BAD SERVICE I booked two nights on 3rd and 4th of August 2023 through GOIBIBO in this Columbus Hotel. It is not a hotel but a premium lodge. My room was in the fifth floor, but the lift goes up to 4th floor only. No water bottles in the room. I had to buy water. No proper lighting in the bathroom. No restaurant in the Hotel, you have to come out and go to another nearby building to have it. I paid Rs 11,000/- for two nights. Then I called GOIBIBO and made a complaint. I said i will stay one night and wants to move out to another hotel. They refused to refund any amount. I stayed there only one night and checkout on 4th morning. Go IBIBIO has now offered an amount of Rs. 2663/- which they will be adjusting to my next booking with GOIBIBO within 90 days. I don't blame Hotel Columbus, but Goibibo for not checking the property and amenities before offering the same to the guests.

Starting from the checkin, the ***ager at checkin said no couples allowed firstly. Post to that after checkin there was no room service available, after entering the room the entire room was filthy dirty. From Cushions to bedsheet, every where there was hair in the room. Now comes the worst part, while I entered the bathroom a used towel is kept hanging there. While I informed the same to the ***ager he said OK he will have it replaced, he sent a security guard post our second call of de***d to send fresh bedsheets and pillows. The security guard came as in he was there to shout at us saying AUR KUCH CHAHIYE ABHI in a very harsh tone. This is for everyone to understand that this is the worst every hotel I have stayed at and seriously it's the truth. I am a hotelier from the last 10 years and this is not what someone would expect inspite of it being a 3 star hotel. I simply suggest avoid this place as it's dangerous especially during covid times and you can fall ill due to the hygiene standards there.
