Arrived at 22:45, hotel advertised that they had service until 23:00. There was absolutely no one there upon arrival. My reservation number would not work on the self check-in terminals. After calling the hotel number, with no reply, I then had to call Trip.com (the agency I booked with). They provided me the correct number and finally I got the reservation through after 45 minutes.
How can a hotel advertise the wrong hours? How can they not have at least 1 staff member on-call in case something goes wrong, just like here? Outrageous! Disgusting service.

It wasn't particularly clean. The location is also relatively difficult, as it takes at least 45 minutes -1 hour to get to the city center by public transport.
The cleaning wasn't the best either. We were only given new towels. The garbage was not taken away.

Stayed here to go to an exhibition at the Munich Messe. The hotel was a little far from the nearest station, but you can walk there enough. It was nice to be able to go straight from the nearest station to Munich Messe and Marienplatz.

Me and my husband were very satisfied, reception was manned until 10 p.m., had called that we would be coming later, and then immediately received a code via SMS for checking in, friendly, nice young man at the service. it would be nice if there was a glass and a bottle of water, value for money is also okay.

i had really enjoyed the hotel , not far from city center and from metro . we were checking in for 1 minutes, the receptionist was perfect!
