"location is excellent, right outside the main entrance of the hotel is the train station entrance. perfect! breakfast was great, love it. great room and clean, we love it, excellent size and environment. some staff are friendly, some are less friendly. overall good service. you can request additional amenities at the receptionist. some you need to pay for. We love the view of our room, super! the setup is excellent, separate toilet vs shower room. very convenient for 3 of us. will stay again here"

"Location is near to train station, accessible to airport via the S1 or S8. There’s a tram stop right outside the hotel, and a supermarket across the street.  Staff service from an Asian lady at reception was transactional during our first check in. When we returned 2 days later, the african staff was warm and hospitable. Both days we got early check in.  Breakfast spread was decent, but better than other hotels we stayed in Germany.  Room size was good, just that the water pressure was a little low."

"Great hotel! Spacious, conveniently located in front of the tram stop and only a few stops away from the central station. There’s an Edeka (supermarket) within 10 minutes walk which makes it very suitable for long stay. Also, there’s a self-operated laundry at the basement for those who need to wash their clothes after a week long travel. I would definitely return and stay again."

"Adagio Munich Hotel Review: **Pros:** 1. **Excellent Location:** Very close to the Central Station. 2. **Convenient Airport Access:** Easily accessible from the airport via the S8/S9 S-Bahn to München Hauptbahnhof (approx. 40-minute journey). From the station, exit towards the passage by Platform 13, walk two blocks, then turn right and go straight to reach the hotel, which is less than a 6-minute walk from the station. 3. **Fully Equipped Aparthotel:** As an aparthotel, the room is equipped with an induction hob, electric kettle, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a refrigerator, making it very convenient for in-room cooking. 4. **Nearby Amenities:** There's a large supermarket close to the hotel. 5. **Thoughtful Lobby Offerings:** The lobby provides complimentary coffee with various options, including tea bags, which was a nice touch. 6. **In-Room Essentials:** A hairdryer, safe, ironing board, and iron are also provided. **Cons:** 1. **Inconsistent Hot Water:** The hot water in the bathroom was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold, making it difficult to regulate. 2. **Slippery Bathroom Floor:** Furthermore, the bathroom floor became quite slippery after showering, posing a fall risk. 3. **Dim Room Lighting:** The room lighting was not bright enough. 4. **Bustling Station Area:** The area around the station can be quite bustling and diverse. Fortunately, as it was May, the long daylight hours meant the walk back to the hotel felt safe and well-lit, so it wasn't a major concern. 5. **Lack of Cleaning Tools for Extended Stays:** While no daily cleaning service is provided, which is common for an aparthotel, there were no basic cleaning tools available in the room. After several days, with some food crumbs accumulating, I would have appreciated having supplies to tidy up myself. This is an aspect the hotel could improve."

"The location is close to a subway station, but traveling with large luggage can be bulky. We stayed in Munich for a few days, and the breakfast was amazing.It cost 21 euro per pax. The most memorable part was the view—Munich was snowing, and I found a few beautiful spots in the hotel garden. The only downside was that the toilet was not clean enough. Other than that, everything was perfect, though the hotel is slightly far from the city center."

"Apartment-style hotel, the room also has kitchen, kitchenware and tableware, there is a public lounge, laundry room, etc., the decoration style is simple, suitable for long-term living. The location is far from the city center, take the subway to the end + walk for more than ten minutes."

"The hotel is very close to Munich Central Station. Not the best area to stay in Munich, but convenient if you are there for a short stay and don't want to carry your luggage though the whole city. The hotel is excellent! Nice, quiet room, new facilities. I've given only 3 stars for service as they forgot to empty the trash bin of the previous guests before we arrived. Anything else was excellent!"

"Location: The hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a 10-minute walk from Munich Central Station. With easy subway access, getting around the city was incredibly convenient. Environment: However, the immediate area around the train station felt a bit gritty, chaotic, and somewhat run-down. There were groups of questionable individuals lingering, which made walking alone feel quite uneasy and vulnerable – it was honestly a bit concerning. Facilities: As a budget-friendly hotel, the design is quite basic, and everything is simple. A significant issue was that the bathroom light in my bathroom was completely out. Despite reporting it to the front desk, it was never repaired (or perhaps couldn't be fixed). I was definitely glad I only stayed for two nights."

"A decent hotel. The room size was adequate, and it had all the basic amenities. Good soundproofing and a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the central train station. The hotel has a small courtyard, so it's not directly on the street, which makes it a bit quieter. The area around the hotel is a bit chaotic, probably because it's so close to the train station."

"The room has a microwave, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, TV. The space is large, very clean, no smell, and the decoration is very new. There are washing machines and dryers on the first floor. There is dm in 10 minutes walk next to it, and the hotel is in a residential area. The parking lot charges 16 euros a night, and the feeling of security is full."
