Hotel Munchen Palace

The hardware conditions of this hotel are really bad enough for a four-star hotel. The pictures are the only ones I can find. Taken from a viewing angle, the bathroom is too small and old to take pictures. You have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, and you have to manually open and close a glass door to stand... The hair dryer is the old one fixed on the wall... Ctrip writes The items provided are also incorrect. They do not provide toothbrushes or toothpaste at all. In addition to shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion, they only provide two items: a shower cap and a cotton pad + nail file set. There is no comb, no toothbrush, toothpaste, and no razor. They didn't even give me slippers on the first day. They were given after I wrote a note and left a tip. If the hardware is only three points, the thing that makes me most angry is the front desk. On the day of check-in, the front desk was a middle-aged man (maybe German). After registering the certificate and filling in the information, he only needed to swipe a credit card to prepay the deposit. At this time, he answered a phone call and explained something very "intensely" to the other person in German, and then the long wait began. After waiting for about ten minutes, he still didn't hang up the phone. I was waiting at the front desk like a ****, so I asked very politely how long I had to wait. He actually held the phone and spoke to me in English very He said fiercely that he was trying to appease a customer because the customer was complaining, yelling and crying, so he had to serve him first. If I also yelled and cried, he would serve me first. I was shocked, I have never seen such a rude hotel front desk. Then I patiently said OK to him, and asked him if there was any other service staff, and he actually told me no! Because I checked in too early, it stands to reason that he should check me in at three in the afternoon. I told him that I knew I had arrived early, but was there anything else I needed to do now? He said that he only needed to swipe his card and it would be over in less than five seconds. I waited for more than ten minutes for this five-second operation and was treated so rudely by him. It really left a very bad impression on my trip to Germany.

The atmosphere is great, the staff is very very friendly, you feel welcome immediately! The rooms are beautiful and both the breakfast buffet and the evening menu are extremely tasty. I'll be back for sure!

Super Empfang beim Einchecken. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vielfältig. Alles was man sich wünscht! Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Sehr schönes Hotel, extrem nette Mitarbeiter und sehr stilvoll ausgestattete Zimmer. Das Frühstück im Garten, die Bar am Abend und die Lage des Hotels runden das ganze ab. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel und hatten ein Arrangement mit Parken ( E-Auto wir kostenlos geladen) und Frühstück gebucht.

Das Palaca Hotel in München hat meinen Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Das Team war unglaublich professionell und aufmerksam. Sie waren immer bereit, mir bei allem zu helfen und haben meinen Komfort stets im Auge behalten. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war einfach wunderbar. Es war einladend und entspannend zugleich, genau das, was ich nach einem langen Tag brauchte. Die Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und boten alle Annehmlichkeiten, die ich mir wünschen konnte. Und das Frühstücksbuffet! Es war wirklich ein Highlight meines Aufenthalts. Die Auswahl war riesig und die Qualität der Speisen war ausgezeichnet. Ich habe den Morgen genossen, wie frisch alles zubereitet wurde. Insgesamt kann ich das Palaca Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der nach München reist. Es war eine fantastische Erfahrung, und ich werde definitiv wiederkommen, wenn ich das nächste Mal in der Stadt bin.

... diesmal in veränderter Besetzung. Und wieder waren wir mit dem Gebotenen und dem freundlichen Service sehr zufrieden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: leider waren diesmal keine Austern im Angebot. Der sehr gute Kaitui Sauvignon blanc ist mit 48,- € münchen-üblich mit Faktor 4 recht hoch bepreist, Wasser kostet 9,- €/Flasche.
